Ordered chicken fried rice with additional edamame from Tampines One, but I received plain fried rice! I'm just eating plain fried rice without any ingredients, and I paid $7.90 for it! This is horrible!

Ordered their food through their shop, and the management was terrible. How could they allow customers to cut in line in the first place? I could see that their orders were super messed up. Someone who ordered after me was getting their food before me. If the waiting time had been short, I could have been more considerate, but that wasn't the case. The waiting time was very long, and all I saw was one worker cooking all the orders, while two other workers were standing behind, watching (even though they had three woks ready to use).

Bought their new Braised Abalones Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX. It perfectly captures the CNY theme of joy and prosperity. The dish includes Baby Abalones, Pineapples, and savory Black Pepper. It's a blend of luxurious Baby Abalones with sweet Pineapples and peppy Black Pepper Fried Rice. Order ahead of time using WOK HEY's online pickup website to avoid the queues. I only waited for 10 minutes!

"Yesterday, I placed an online order through Wok Hey for two chicken egg fried rice and one prawn egg fried rice (order number 66445, as shown on the SMS). After collecting the order and returning home, I discovered that all three were chicken egg fried rice. There's a $1 price difference between the prawn and chicken options, and the customer ends up bearing that cost. While the online ordering and collection is a good idea, there's no recourse for mistakes like this. Customers aren't likely to unpack and individually check each item, since everything is packaged securely. I urge Wok Hey to enhance their preparation and packaging process with a double-check to avoid such mistakes in the future. Thanks."

I'm really pleased with the adventurer course. It has helped my four-year-old gain confidence and express herself more openly. She's enjoying the class and has made good progress in just 12 weeks. Thank you for offering such a positive experience!

My daughter enjoys and looks forward to class every week. The class duration is also longer, which is good because it allows kids to fully enjoy each art-making process.

My sister has been a student at Achievers Art for close to four years, and she has met many great teachers who have guided and nurtured her inner artistic talent.
