"I've been going to Clippers for over a year for my haircuts (standard classic haircut with styling). Today, I went to the Tampines Hub outlet and was attended to by a barber named Kumar. He provided exceptional service and demonstrated professionalism. Although he was quiet throughout the haircut, I could tell his barber skills and professionalism were excellent because he wasn't rushing and paid close attention to detail, addressing customer needs. The service standards provided were above and beyond the usual. Keep up the good work."

"Date of visit: October 29th, Lunch time. I have been going to Clippers for years (and I've had many kinds of fades). I got one of the worst high fade haircuts ever today. Granted, not all their employees are this bad; my experience is with the guy right beside the glass panel. I showed him what I wanted initially. His voice got annoyed, and he told me that wasn't the high fade I wanted. Fine, I then told him I wanted a high fade. The end result? Please look at the pictures I uploaded. There is no fade, and he didn't even use his professionalism to check where the high fade should end. My head looks like a coconut now. If I could, I would give a zero for the service and haircut. Very degrading to the customers."

Alex did a great job today. I mentioned I was hot, and he used the hair dryer on the cool setting to cool me down. He was very detail-oriented when trimming my hair. I’ve been here around eight or nine times. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because it really depends on the barber. I've had some not-so-great barbers here as well, but I don't know their names. Overall, I'd rate it four stars.

Ayam belado hijau is very good; it was my first time trying it, and I liked it very much. It's not spicy, but very tasty. Manager Mdm Sue is a very nice lady who recommended the ayam and explained its origin to me. Very satisfied with my meal!

Ordered via Foodpanda, I ordered two sets. Around 7-8 PM, they ran out of chicken, so they were only able to deliver one set. I ordered the Hijau set because I wanted the sayur lodeh, but I don't know why they sent me the jackfruit one instead. My added-on sweet potato vegetable was nice. The chicken was quite tough, but the begedil was nice. I ordered iced teh tarik, but they gave me Thai milk tea. I was quite excited to try it, but my entire order was a mess. So, it was a sad end to my Sunday.

We patronize this restaurant and love the food every time we visit. I've never had a bad experience dining at Rumang Makan Minang @ OTH. The food is great, especially the beef rendang and botok-botok ikan, the service is superb, and most importantly, the place is clean. Definitely my first choice when it comes to nasi padang.
