The food was okay, although the chicken was a bit dry for my taste. The portion sizes were generous, and the staff had friendly smiles. Thank you, Amandi!

I used to buy dinner from here almost every day, but stopped after I moved out of Tampines. I recently bought their salad again and the prices have increased a lot. Moreover, the staff didn't inform me that the chicken wasn't ready and just prepared my salad base. So I had to pick whatever was available: either tuna or salmon. I remember the dressing used to be served in a small container, which was more convenient. This time, the staff just drenched the salad in olive oil. And with the tuna already having oil, by the time I reached the bottom of the bowl, there was a pool of oil. The cucumber also seemed like it had been kept a long time, as it was half soggy and discolored. This is also the first food stall that I've encountered charging for a plastic bag. After this experience, I will definitely be sticking with Subway if I want a salad from Tampines Hub. There is a ShopeePay sticker in the store, but the staff didn't accept that mode of payment, only PayNow.

"It's my lunch time, and it's my choice. I highly recommend this place for its fresh food. The fresh leaves, corn, and salmon are all perfect. The young staff are very nice and kind, and they always smile. Good place! Choose your wrap and eat perfectly healthy food."

This was, for me, a top salad shop. I would rate it as one of the best salad places in Singapore. I enjoyed my lunch and really liked the variety they have for "make your own salad." Excellent lunch and highly recommend it for salad lovers 🥗

A bit disappointing for a fast food restaurant. First, the self-service kiosk was a bit hard to use. I had to keep pressing on the screen for it to register my instructions. Next, after successfully completing my order, it took another 11 minutes for my food to be ready. During that time, no other orders seemed to be prepared, as I didn’t see any being collected. Thirdly, the staff asked about my preference for the sauce, but surprisingly, they didn't even provide a serviette with my order. I had to ask for one. Lastly, my friend found a strand of hair in his rice burger. All staff should have proper hair netting. The only saving grace was that my friend was able to get a replacement burger, and it only took 3 minutes. A disappointing experience.

"It's usually not crowded before noon on weekdays. The golden dip sauce is quite good."

"The burger patty had charred parts. I would avoid it."

"The corn soup wasn't hot and tasted fried or "sorgy." It seems the self-serve kiosk isn't very useful, as two other customers went to order at the counter after trying to use it. I went around 1:45 pm and it wasn't crowded."

MOS Burger at Our Tampines Hub is okay! It's not your regular fast food joint, just like any other MOS Burger. I tried the Fish Burger and wow, it was delicious! The staff wasn't the nicest, though.

"The food is expensive and doesn't taste good. An extra $4.35 for a drink and fries? I'd rather order another burger or just go to McDonald's. One burger can cost upwards of $8, and it's not big or particularly good. The burgers are just tiny and costly. The corn soup is bad, and the pepper tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. Also, I didn't think the chicken was good at all; it's pretty average and quite oily. There isn't much choice for drinks either."
