The food is very yummy and they have a lot of options, plus it's very affordable. The staff is very friendly, kind, and patient with us when explaining the promos and services. They were also super cheerful, and the service was really fast.

"$15-ish for a large bowl of Acai... it SURE IS LARGE! My friend and I each ordered one large, and we regretted it so much because it was so filling, LOL. It's really the largest portion of acai I've ever eaten. Not saying it's a bad thing, though! Definitely worth the money. They're also generous with the fruit and sauce! We tried the pistachio sauce, and we loved it so much! Super flavorful! The acai tasted like frozen ice cream but was also very yummy. Overall, we really enjoyed it and will come again."

Poor staff service quality; they pretend not to see customers who are queueing, and the queue management is atrocious, allowing others to cut in line. The staff needs much more training. The food taste is passable. I will not recommend this to others. There are food outlets with better service, rather than letting you fume under the hot weather while waiting and allowing other people to cut the queue.

"First and last time coming to this place. The food was mediocre, the quantity small, the quality low, and it was overpriced. The beef karubi was literally half the thickness of what you'd expect at a typical yakiniku restaurant. The rest of the beef we ordered was full of tendons, sinewy, and tasteless. We also ordered chicken, and the quantity was a joke. The supposedly 160g cut felt more like an appetizer. So, in the end, we had to order extra cuts. For three adults and two kids, we spent over $140. I would rather go to Gyukaku at Tampines One for their higher quality. It's so disappointing because I thought they would rival Yakiniku Lite, but no, they are miles apart."

"Nice ambience and attentive service. There were plenty of servers to help out. They had many food choices, including different types of thinly sliced beef for grilling. The noodle portion was good and had plenty of beef inside. The scallop was really good, too. Ample parking space."

"I tried it out with my family as we were passing by. The atmosphere isn't special, but that's made up for by the food. The meat was good and tender, and the kimchi was quite good as well. However, the place is a bit pricey. I ordered the Ribena, thinking I'd get a glass, but instead I got a 75ml kids' drink for $3.90. All in all, though, it was worth trying out this restaurant chain."

They have quite a lot of seats, and it's not crowded during lunch hour. The quality of the meat is better than their competitor's, but you can't choose the amount of rice you want. The kimchi that comes in the set isn't very good. Overall, it's okay, but my clothes stink when I walk out, meaning the ventilation needs improvement.

One of my son's favorite restaurants for a late lunch. I was surprised when he asked us to eat here. It's tasty, and the price is okay, but a bit pricey for students. The place is nice and cozy. The staff service is good as well. We will come back again next time.

"Perfect place for those with OCD, like me, who hate a messy and crowded table while eating. They provide proper plates to place your cutlery and everything else. I love the squarish plates. On weekdays, it's less crowded, so it's very peaceful. I love it so much! I enjoyed the atmosphere and food so much I forgot to take pictures. šŸ˜… The price is slightly expensive, but the portion size and the quality of the meat justify the cost. There's only one kid's menu if you're thinking of bringing your child. Hope this helps."
