My 7-year-old daughter has been attending the School of Concepts for almost three years now, primarily focusing on learning phonics, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The progress she has made in reading and understanding language has been remarkable.

Our daughter has been with SOC for two terms now, and we're seeing good progress in her reading and writing. She is even starting to form and write sentences on her own. This is all thanks to the patient and effective guidance, as well as the constant encouragement from Dr. Junny! This is in stark contrast to other enrichment classes that seem only interested in cramming as many students as possible into each class. SOC, on the other hand, takes a more personalized approach, so our child got a learning program tailored to her learning style and temperament. More importantly, SOC has managed to instill focus and confidence in our child, raising her self-esteem and our hopes.

My daughter has been attending, and still attends, School of Concepts at OTH for 1.5 years now. She loves going to her weekly classes. The teachers there are very kind and patient. The pace of learning is well-suited for my child, and the space is comfortable and cozy.

The teachers are able to identify the kids' weaknesses in learning and are able to improve their English. They have interesting learning materials for the kids to engage with, which allows the kids to enjoy the lessons and encourages their willingness to attend the class weekly."

When I first came three years ago, it was okay. Now the service is terrible. They hard-sell like crazy and recommend the "best type of facial" for your skin, but the next time I came back, a different therapist said that facial was actually not suitable for me. So, I genuinely think they don't know or care; they are only here to take your money. I will not return after my sessions are over.

"I had a most relaxing facial by Dion, who was a last-minute replacement for another beautician on medical leave. The session turned out to be truly relaxing and enjoyable, as Dion has great skills. There were only a few minutes of product/service promotion when we were almost done. ⭐️ Dion was conversant in English, but she only spoke when necessary, which I liked. Some beauticians talk too much, and that can disrupt the relaxing vibes of the facial. ⭐️ She was experienced, and her hands were strong. The different steps were carried out smoothly, and she was thorough with the extraction. She even attended to my eyebrows, which was unexpected. Some beauticians do this only on request or when reminded. ⭐️ Her neck massage was superb, and the back massage ended with thumps, not mere claps! ⭐️ She kept the fan on to supplement the air conditioning in the room, and that added to my relaxation. ⭐️ The promotions she mentioned were written down for me to take my time to consider, so I didn’t feel I was being pushed to sign up immediately. Conclusion: I had a very relaxing and pleasant experience with Dion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
