At $8, the bakso felt slightly overpriced, and the burnt aftertaste was disappointing.

"Consistent taste across all locations and times. We fully enjoyed the taste and would recommend you try it at least once. Check out the Grilled Chicken with rice or the Nasi Goreng. If you're a fan of noodles, then go ahead – the taste is consistent. But we need to warn you about the spice level. If you are not able to handle spicy food, be sure to inform the staff. Otherwise, you might actually suffer a bit 😅. Check out the menu and see what you would like to have. Especially at OTH, the venue looks pleasing and clean. The open space is bright and welcoming. "Fantastic food, with fresh fish and chicken. You must try their sambal chili! It's hot and spicy, as authentic as it gets. Generous portions and a well-balanced, tasty aroma. Ordered from Foodpanda, and delivery was fast, received in good and still hot condition."

So sad that the gado gado had no tempeh at all. That's what I ordered it for! 😭

"Good tasting Gado Gado with a stick of chunky chicken satay, generous portion of crackers, and a drink—a well-balanced set at $8.60. The grilled chicken thigh is well-marinated and tender, one of the better ones served in a food court. The chili is *shiok* too. Highly recommended."

The lovely, melty, fatty, chunky satay (not lean & dry!) had a gorgeous peanut sauce and a smoky, spicy, salty chilli, along with crunchy keropok. And wow, the portion is seriously generous. I'll come back another day for the fish. I remember the sauce being awesome. Hopefully, the standard is as good as I remember. I'm just so happy I get to eat it again after the stall at the hospital closed (though it's pricier now). They kept their signature fire grill hidden behind the menu papering, which was a pity. I would have loved to see the old fire on the grill. Edit: The fish is juicy and large in portion with a lovely sauce 👍. Goes fantastic with their chilli!

I already have an existing package with 5 massages left, but the counter staff still asked me to extend it because there was a promotion and I "must" extend today, otherwise they don't know when the promotion will be offered again. When I told the staff I wasn’t interested, she immediately gave me a "black face" and rolled her eyes as if I owed her something. There was a lot of hard selling and bad customer service. Although the massage at Wan Yang is good, the hard selling and counter staff service is so bad that I don’t want to continue after my package finishes.

Bad service. It's always so hard to book an appointment. I've called four or five times already and still can't book a single appointment, even when I call on weekdays. They always say they're short on masseuses.

I observed a woman with brown hair around 5:30 or 6 PM who was very rude to some students. While on a phone call, she walked around and behaved rudely. She even spoke down to them loudly, along with another female employee. One student was sitting on the ground, but there were many other ways for her to walk. She could have kindly asked the student to move. The students appeared upset by her behavior. Even though the service here is supposed to be okay, I'm not sure if I even want to go anymore after witnessing this. I hope something is done about it because friends who work nearby have seen this before. I also saw a larger group of people walk by. When they said "excuse me," the students were happy to move. These students are studying for their exams and need support, not to feel bad for trying to focus. Please look into this situation. Employees should treat others politely, especially our younger generations.
