Great and friendly service!

We went in for a customized badminton racket. The lady there helped us both with the frame requirements we had in mind. She suggested the right strings and tension for each of our playing styles, considering our power and strengths/weaknesses. She strung the rackets in around an hour for our two rackets, and one before ours. We are happy with the rackets we bought.

"I had my tennis racket restrung here last week. The service was professional and the staff knowledgeable. It was a bit pricier than usual and the lead time was longer. They also had a limited string selection. I've used the racket for two games now and it feels a lot better than my previous stringing."

Good price and friendly staff. The lady who helped me with my new purchase (Astrox 99 Pro) and stringing of the racket was great. The quality of the stringing service was good and exactly to my requirements. FYI, their stock is in high demand, especially since everyone is purchasing badminton rackets. P.S. For those unhappy with the re-stringing timeframe, it's best to be patient and plan ahead. If you visit the shop, you'll see the crazy amount of rackets they have to restring from customers.

"On Saturday, December 14th at 1 PM at Tampines Hub, a Chinese male employee provided really poor service. When I asked for his opinion, he replied rudely, saying "What you like." He was also using his phone while I was ordering and didn't pay attention to my order. As a paying customer, this is really unacceptable."

The moment I saw "shake shake," it reminded me of McDonald's Indian Peri Peri fries, and I couldn't help but give it a try! We got the sweet potato fries because they seemed to be the most popular item on the menu. I've never had sweet potato fries before, so this was definitely new to me, and they were very fresh and hot! I do wish they had some condiments, like peri peri seasoning, to shake over them, but they didn't. Despite that, the fries were quite good!

"The truffle seasoning tastes great. However, it's difficult to understand why the regular (smallest) size is unavailable, and only the medium size ($4.70 onwards) is offered. The small portion (refer to the 2nd picture, where the fries aren't even in the cup, so it's much less than it initially appears) isn't worth the price. Pro-tip: use Shopback vouchers that give you the medium size for $3.30."

This used to be my favorite go-to place for snacks, until my experience today. When I ordered, firstly, the lady there was extremely rude. Secondly, I ordered BBQ flavored chicken pops, but the picture clearly showed no presence of the flavor, and instead of getting chicken pops, I got nuggets, which I hate. This dreadful experience made me feel like I wasted my money, which could have been used for something more beneficial. At that point, I was extremely hungry. I truly expected better than this.

I recently visited the Tampines outlet, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff left me disappointed. While waiting in line to place my order, the staff did not acknowledge our presence or greet us. Instead, they avoided eye contact and looked down, which made us feel unwelcome. After a while, we decided to leave, and as we walked away, we noticed the staff engaging in conversation with each other instead of attending to customers. I understand that everyone has busy or off days, but a little acknowledgment or courtesy goes a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future customers.

"The food is decent, but the cashiers are consistently rude and show no interest in providing customer service. When you arrive, they ignore you for a while as they do other things; there's no hello, no smile, they just look miserable. When the food is ready, they just point at it. I like their sweet potato balls, but I won't order again due to the multiple instances of poor customer service."
