I already have an existing package with 5 massages left, but the counter staff still asked me to extend it because there was a promotion and I "must" extend today, otherwise they don't know when the promotion will be offered again. When I told the staff I wasn’t interested, she immediately gave me a "black face" and rolled her eyes as if I owed her something. There was a lot of hard selling and bad customer service. Although the massage at Wan Yang is good, the hard selling and counter staff service is so bad that I don’t want to continue after my package finishes.

I observed a woman with brown hair around 5:30 or 6 PM who was very rude to some students. While on a phone call, she walked around and behaved rudely. She even spoke down to them loudly, along with another female employee. One student was sitting on the ground, but there were many other ways for her to walk. She could have kindly asked the student to move. The students appeared upset by her behavior. Even though the service here is supposed to be okay, I'm not sure if I even want to go anymore after witnessing this. I hope something is done about it because friends who work nearby have seen this before. I also saw a larger group of people walk by. When they said "excuse me," the students were happy to move. These students are studying for their exams and need support, not to feel bad for trying to focus. Please look into this situation. Employees should treat others politely, especially our younger generations.

I've been a Wan Yang customer for around 18 years. I've always signed up for packages with them, as the prices are cheaper that way. I brought my elderly mum here for her first foot massage. She often has cramps in her legs and suffers from water retention. The masseuse who attended to her (Mr. Yew) was very good and had excellent massaging skills. He was jovial and put her very much at ease. I've always wanted to bring my mum for foot massages, but she had always said no. After this very positive experience tonight, she agreed to come for regular foot massages with me. I also had a foot massage by a bespectacled gentleman. He was also good and would massage lighter when I told him I felt pain. The masseuses are good. However, the front counter staff is not 🙅‍♀️🙅🙅‍♂️. She's impatient. When I started asking her about the logistics of my mum coming for foot massages with my brother without me (I wouldn’t be able to join at times, and Wan Yang allows family members of the main package holder to go for massages), she showed her impatience very clearly. This would have been a 5-star review if not for her lousy customer service. Minus 1 star for her poor attitude 👎👎👎.

Went in on Friday, January 3rd, around 1:10 PM. The receptionist was busy looking at her phone with the cleaner and didn't notice I was standing in front of her until the cleaner pointed it out. She looked as if she hadn't slept all night and was impatient and rude throughout my conversation. Her face made me feel unwelcome, as if I owed her money. Luckily, I was there to finish my last two sessions of my massage package. This Tampines outlet is terrible in terms of service and massage quality. The standard of Wanyang has been dropping throughout the years. It's expensive and mediocre in terms of quality and service. I will never go to this brand again for a massage. It was an absolutely off-putting experience. Obviously, there are so many reviews about the staff being rude and impatient, and nothing has been done from the management's side. Please take action and don't just patronize us with a reply on the Google review.

Went to Wan Heng hoping to relieve my leg aches; however, the massage used a point-to-point technique. It didn't relieve any aches or feel comfortable afterward. The items used were disposable, and the comfort level was zero. I would refrain from going here. Bad massage service.

"The two ladies at the counter have no customer service etiquette. They serve customers like we are dogs, especially if we don't sign up for the package that was offered. They should probably replace those two. However, the massage itself is good, if you can tolerate the front desk's attitude."

Having tried the various froyo shops in town, I came across this understated shop in Tampines Hub. Ordering was easy, and the staff were very friendly. The toppings were generous and so much more worth it compared to the competitors. I'm definitely a convert now and will definitely look for Smooy froyo when I'm in Tampines Hub.

Okay, honestly it's not that bad, but it's definitely not as good as Yole or Llaollao. I had a 1-for-1 deal, so it was decent, but otherwise, I don't know if it's even much cheaper. I recommend the normal froyo much more than the chocolate one. I think the chocolate one had a weird texture and taste. Also, check out my pictures – there's a fly/mosquito in the sauce, lol.

"Went last weekend to redeem my 1-for-1 Entertainer voucher. $6.50 for a classic cup (medium) with two toppings feels a little pricey. The topping options were mostly sweet items like cookies, candy, and sweet sauces. I wish they had more healthy and fruit options. The froyo melted quite fast, but the texture and taste were decent. I also wish the portion was larger, as the middle of the froyo was empty."
