This is a free playground inside an air-conditioned mall, with plenty of seating around the play area. It's best suited for ages 2-6 and is an excellent place for parents. It's a small playground with one small slide. The rules state that parental supervision is required. However, many kids play rough, and their parents are often on their phones at the tables. It can get crowded, so let your child play at their own risk if you are not supervising them.

The festive mall play zone has a small playground at basement 1, which indicates the appropriate age group is 5 years old and below. However, most of the time when I come here, there are a lot of older kids, even primary school kids in P5 or P6! Worse, they are running and playing tag! What if they knock into a toddler playing nearby? Honestly, my 2-year-old girl has been knocked over three times on three different occasions. And I've noticed that their moms, maids, or grandparents don't bother to tell their kids to behave. This playground is intended for smaller kids and toddlers. Management needs to do something about this! There's no point in labeling it for 5 years and below if kids of all age groups play here!
