I wanted to give 0 stars, but that wasn't an option. The service was bad. I ordered char siew wanton mee and they added char siew, but charged me SGD4.50 for a small portion when the original price was SGD2.80. I will not be returning.

"Horrible attitude. I ordered food, and the guy didn't even acknowledge me. He went to prepare the food and then threw the packet on the table for me to take. I'm not asking for restaurant service, and I know this is a food court, but this will be the last time I order from there."

"I bought a balloon, and on the way to our destination, we realized the air was gradually leaking out. We checked and found a cut. When we went back to inform the shop attendant, he said it wasn't his problem, as he only checks the balloon's stitching. Please check your balloons carefully before leaving the store!"

"Party store that sells a variety of party supplies. Prices are reasonable. The lower score is due to poor service, which has been consistent over the years. Previously, there was often a grumpy salesperson who would glare at my kids for touching items facing outwards (which seemed obviously meant for people to view). During a recent visit, no one bothered to smile or even look at me. When I asked a question, the salesperson answered flatly and expressionlessly. They would likely do better if they improved their service. After all, parties are meant to be happy events!"
