"Tumble Joy Gymnastics has qualified and experienced coaches who are very dedicated to teaching and helping each child achieve their full potential. I also like that the classes are structured and follow a syllabus with specific objectives for each program and level, definitely bringing joy to all the kids. And my daughter's motor skills have improved tremendously, and the gym classes have helped in building her confidence. 👍"

My daughter Kayla has been with Tumble Joy for 3-4 years. She enjoys gymnastics so much. I would recommend the class to other kids, as it trains their stamina. The coaches there are all very well trained and good.

I bought two buns for S$4.20. I prepared a $2 note, two $1 coins, and a twenty-cent coin. After I handed the exact amount to the cashier, she turned back and showed me only $3.20 in her hand (one dollar coin was missing). I told her there were two $1 coins and that she might have dropped one. But she just refused to check and insisted I had only given her $3.20. I was totally disappointed and had to dig through all my coins to make another $1. This time, she couldn't even figure out how to tally the amount! My goodness, I could have given her $5.20 if she had asked, but please don't accuse me of shortchanging. I'm totally disappointed by the whole incident and will consider going to Swee Heng at OTH if I see that cashier again.

Update: Their newest taro salted egg bun is quite heavy on the palate. I expected a runny filling, but it’s more of a taro and salted egg paste instead, which gets a little *jialat* after a while. The mochi red bean polo bun was a little dry and didn’t contain much filling. As always, this is one of the best neighborhood bakeries with a wide variety of affordable bread. Some must-try items include their hand-tear bun, walnut cheese bread, chicken floss bun, cherry custard danish, blueberry muffin cake, and brown sugar twist. Honestly, I don’t think there’s any bread there that I hate.

"Don't patronize this shop. Their swiss roll is a scam. They intentionally position the swiss roll so that the half with cream is facing you. When you get back, you'll find out the other half has no cream."

"The cashier had a very cold attitude, which was a real turn-off."

"I tried their walnut cranberry cream cheese bread once and can’t help but come back for more! It's a very soft and moist bread with an adequate amount of cream cheese. The cranberries and walnuts definitely add an extra layer of texture and aroma to the pastry. They have mini versions selling at $2.50 for a box of three (the regular size is $1.50). I used to buy the mini ones as it felt like a better deal, but I ended up going back to the regular one because it has more cheese, and the mini ones don’t have the walnuts and cranberries for that extra crunchiness and flavor. I've found that they tend to sell out later in the day, so please come early if you want to try it."

On June 3rd, 2024, at noon, I purchased a cake at the Swee Heng 1989 Classic branch in the Tampines Mall Basement. The female staff member did not honor the Passion Card discount, even after I showed her my Passion Card along with my payment. She even commented that the discount was only minimal, then proceeded to ignore me and serve the next customer instead of rectifying the issue. The staff member was not even apologetic – a very negative experience. There are other bakeries where I can get a better experience.
