My first time there was months ago. David served me, and I will never forget him, as he was friendly, attentive, and cut my hair well to the usual standards. I would give him five stars. However, the next few visits were increasingly disappointing, as other stylists served me. They were showing attitude, arguing about what you want, rushing you to agree to the haircut they had done, and didn't even vacuum well. The last one even did my haircut within five minutes and hinted that I should leave after showing me the mirror. I am sure there are many other customers who feel this way but are not inclined to give feedback, worrying it may hurt the business. Well, you are kind enough, but now it is hurting other consumers. Up until now, I went five times, hoping to find David, but no luck, so I am definitely not going back again.

The in-house barber, Wen, was very helpful and careful when cutting my hair. He gave me some good advice on styling and hair maintenance based on my hair type. Honestly, it was a refreshing experience compared to the usual quiet treatment from other barbers. Look out for him if you happen to drop by for a haircut. Highly recommended! (Look out for this orange, bushy-haired guy - cool guy!)

Been here a few times and haven't had any bad experiences. First, the queue system is easy and fast (on non-peak days/hours). Second, the equipment they use is sterile. Some barbershops don't have the proper tools to clean their shavers/trimmers, but this shop does. Lastly, the prices are fair, and the barbers know how to cut hair. If you're unsure what to say, just show them a picture. They do a great job replicating it. Overall, a great barbershop with friendly barbers and good prices. I can't find anything to complain about.

I've been going to Clippers for a while now, but today, when I went in for my haircut, my barber Alex Nguyen put immense effort into my fade and gave me one of the best fades I've ever had. I'd like to commend Alex for his attention to detail and precision.

After countless visits to various neighborhood and Indian barber shops, my kids and I decided to try Clippers at Tampines Hub, and we haven't been disappointed. We had no-frills haircuts with barbers Tony, Alex, and Kumar, all of whom were excellent, friendly, and professional. They readily accommodate our requests and offer good advice when needed. They don’t engage in unnecessary small talk and perform the haircuts efficiently. We are pleased with the results and can see ourselves returning to this outlet for a long time to come.

He provided exceptional service and demonstrated professionalism. Although he was quiet throughout the haircut, I could tell his barber skills and professionalism were excellent because he wasn't rushing and paid close attention to detail, addressing customer needs. "Date of visit: October 29th, Lunch time. I have been going to Clippers for years (and I've had many kinds of fades). I got one of the worst high fade haircuts ever today. Granted, not all their employees are this bad; my experience is with the guy right beside the glass panel. I showed him what I wanted initially. His voice got annoyed, and he told me that wasn't the high fade I wanted. Fine, I then told him I wanted a high fade. The end result? Please look at the pictures I uploaded. There is no fade, and he didn't even use his professionalism to check where the high fade should end. My head looks like a coconut now. If I could, I would give a zero for the service and haircut. Very degrading to the customers."
