Bought a direct bus ticket, one way, from Malacca to Singapore. What they never mentioned during booking was that the bus would not go straight to the drop-off point. It traveled across the whole of Singapore (Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Tampines, Suntec) before dropping passengers off. I wasted more than two hours after clearing immigration at Tuas, circling around Singapore. I got fed up and alighted at Suntec to take a taxi home. 0/10 experience; I definitely will not recommend. 10/10 if you want a day tour around Singapore.

My parents recently purchased a pair of 4D3N Genting Dream cruise tickets through WTS Tours, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our agent, Alan, was helpful and attentive, ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. My parents enjoyed a hassle-free and relaxing trip!

"The worst customer service I've experienced was from Alan at the Tampines Hub outlet. I went there to process my Foreign Domestic Worker's (FDW) visa, and he gave me a very unpleasant look when I had questions about the application. He was incredibly impatient. Ultimately, he refused to process it for me, and Hui Min took over. I want to compliment Hui Min for her excellent service and patience in helping me check for information on the MOM website. WTS will lose a lot of customers if they continue to employ people like Alan. He should be sent back to HQ for further training."

1) The offices are often fully occupied with work, so it may take some time to get a response. Please allow for longer response times from Facebook if you are not in a hurry or facing an urgency. 2) The Singapore Flyer departure point is at a coach bay within the flyer ticketing area's adjacent coach area. (It's not the coach parking bay - it's opposite a bus terminal.) 3) They have a Singapore standby personnel number just in case. Request it beforehand; however, the personnel won't be able to guide you with directions. Just be certain of the geographic location of the Singapore Flyer coach bus area.

"The school is flexible and allows for rescheduling of missed classes. The website is easy to navigate, and the school admin team is responsive. My boy has overcome his fear of water and is now confident, even in the deep pool. Overall, a pleasant experience!"

Today, I made the difficult decision to terminate my son’s swimming lessons at Pacific Swim School. The reason being, my son will be in P6 next year, and we have increased his tuition lessons over the past two months. Hence, his schedule is quite full. To ensure he can fully concentrate on his P6 studies, we have no choice but to terminate his swimming class at the end of this month. We find it a waste to stop his swimming lessons, especially since he has finally reached and completed the gold stage after so many years of perseverance. We truly appreciate Mr. and Mrs. Mok, and of course, their entire team of amazing coaches, throughout these years of coaching our children. Your constant encouragement, patience, and the precious time you dedicated to ensuring all our children's progress will always be greatly appreciated and remembered. I hope one day my son can return and continue his swimming lessons, and who knows, he may even represent the Pacific Swim Team in future swimming competitions! 🤩🥳🥸👏💪

The coaches here are fantastic! They're super professional and very patient. My son is usually afraid of water, but after only three lessons, it's amazing that he now can't wait for his swimming class!

My son, Marcus, improved his swimming so much at Pacific Swim. His teachers, Coach Luke and Billy, are very hands-on, dedicated, and professional. My son loves going to his swimming lessons. I love how the club treats everyone like family. I've seen how my son has become more responsible. I definitely recommend Pacific Swim.

My 10-year-old son, Samuel, attended his Lifesaving 1, 2 course last week. This was our first time joining Pacific Swim School. Thank you, Coach Valerie and Coach Leonard. Even though Samuel isn't a Pacific Swim School student, he enjoyed the lessons conducted by both coaches. The coaches are knowledgeable and demonstrated good camaraderie while working together. They also gave prompt feedback and were helpful to Samuel. Thank you, and we hope to do Lifesaving 3 with them soon!

We have been with the Pacific Swim Team since 2018, when my elder son started lessons at P1. My younger son joined in 2021 near the end of K1. Both boys have had great coaches throughout their swim journey, and we are very pleased to see them both swimming confidently in deep pools. Pacific Swim Team has nurtured them well, and we are glad we chose the team to be a part of our boys’ swim journey. Thank you, Mrs. Mok, and all the other coaches! 👍🏻
