My 5-year-old daughter has been attending swimming lessons with Pacific Swim Team for half a year. Her coach is Coach Wan Zhen, and we are so pleased that she is able to swim so well now. Not only is she able to swim, but she is also confident in the water and able to do several swim styles. Most importantly, she enjoys her swimming classes and always looks forward to her weekly lessons.
My kids have had absolutely fantastic experiences with the Pacific Swimming Team! The staff members are incredibly professional and friendly, providing clear instructions during my kidsâ swimming classes. Their expertise and patience help them improve their technique and confidence in the water. The swimming programs offered are diverse, catering to all age groups and skill levels. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to learn or improve their swimming skills, or simply have a great time in the water! Big thanks to the staff and instructors, and good job!
Coach Lawrence has been incredibly patient with my child over the past 4 months. Even when my child is reluctant or distracted, he stays calm and encouraging, while still keeping the class running smoothly with the other coaches. Coach Lydia also brings great energy and humor, making lessons fun for the kids. I really appreciate their dedicationâhighly recommended!
"Both of my kids have loved swimming since joining the Pacific Swim Team over two years ago. They are no longer afraid of the water and can swim well in the pool. We would like to express our gratitude to the coaches at Pacific Swim Team for their dedication and professionalism! Thank you!"
This is my favorite place to go for mee siam and mee rebus. The nasi lemak is good, mainly because of the chili sauce. The mee siam is sour, sweet, and savory â all the right balance of flavors. The mee rebus is fragrant as well, and it's got that "yumm" factor.
Probably the WORST nasi lemak we've ever had! đ«
Everything was served COLD, and the rice was totally bland⊠they need to drop the âLemakâ from the dish description. The rice also wasn't thoroughly cooked; the first two spoonfuls felt like eating sand.
No hot drinks were served, even before 8:30 pm, which was a major turn-off.
The standard has dropped tremendously since the last time we visited Qiji.
Hopefully, this is a one-off bad experience, but after seeing other reviews, it seems that this outlet definitely needs to step up a little.
"It's quite fast and easy to find a seat, but there's usually a long queue during meal times. We managed to get a seat. The mee siam was nice and served hot. I ordered the mee siam special, which had extra ingredients. The nasi lemak goes well with the chili. The portion of the food was a bit too much for me, so I was super full. The laksa was so-so, and I still prefer the mee siam. The popiah was normal, but not bad. Overall, the food at this outlet is served hot, and we like it."
I don't know about the other reviews giving low stars, because I came during a less busy period, around 4pm, for their popiah.
I bought the prawn filling popiah around 3:30. The portion is big and worth it if you want a healthy snack. Their popiah is healthy yet delicious, with crunchy and crispy vegetables and ingredients (that's the closest I can describe the texture). It's a must-try, in my opinion.
The staff was fast, and the popiah was fresh. The kopi is classic kopi.
The atmosphere is great, too.
Will be back for more!
"Seating was pretty fast, even though there was a long queue during lunch, it moved quickly.
We ordered three items and received them in this sequence: laksa first, then popiah, and finally nasi lemak. All arrived within 10 minutes, as they stated (10-15 minutes during lunch time).
I enjoyed the nasi lemak; the anchovies were really crispy, and the rice had a nice fragrance.
The popiah - the ends had quite a bit of sugar in them. The first taste was of sugar after biting in, but the middle pieces were okay."
Nice outlet with quality food. The lontong dish is rather nice, especially the sayur lodeh, which is very fragrant and well-made. The rice cake, however, was rather mashed and sticky, so the taste wasnât fantastic. The chicken wings looked nice on the outside but were too cold when served, and the inside didnât seem fully cooked. The rest of the dishes, like the prawn laksa, are generally decent, too.
