Poor service from the counter staff. They claimed doctors take 30-45 minutes to see each patient. She wasn't sure how long the wait time might be and stated that the clinic mainly runs on appointment-based consultations. It seems like an indirect way to reject walk-in patients, hinting that this group is the lowest priority.

Walked in at 10:45 am and there were only 2 patients present, yet there were 3 doctors, 3 receptionists, and a staff nurse around. I was told that I could join the walk-in queue, but they don’t dispense queue numbers, and doctors will just call when they're ready. I waited until 11:50 am and checked in. The reception lady said they had no idea when I would be seen, as it's up to the doctor, adding that I was "maybe" next in line. This is when I found out it's at the doctor's discretion when they want to see walk-in customers. I checked in again at 12:05 pm, and the reception said to wait. She kindly confirmed with a doctor if they could slot me in, and he apparently said yes. It only became my turn at 12:30 pm, but I ended up leaving and visiting a nearby clinic instead. There were a maximum of 3 patients waiting at any point (including me), but the doctor could slot in people with "appointments." I find it puzzling how I could wait for 2 hours, and the doctor couldn’t even slot me in for a consultation or at least provide a clear structure so people know how long they're expected to wait. Remember to get some form of appointment, or face waiting for hours with no clues when it will be your turn, and the receptionists only able to say “maybe you’re next.”

"It was a simple vaccination appointment, but the staff gave me incorrect information and showed no respect for my time. I was told a doctor's consultation wasn't required and a nurse could administer the vaccine. However, after arriving on time for my appointment, I had to consult with the doctor anyway, after waiting 30 minutes. There was zero respect for my time."

Came on Monday at 7pm. I had already checked the day before (on Sunday) that they were open on Mondays from 6-9pm. But they were closed. I tried to call several times, but no one answered, obviously, because I was physically there and could see for myself that they were closed. I think since it stated that they were supposed to be open at that particular time, they should have put up a notice to inform customers that they were not open for the day or something. Quite disappointed because I waited a few days, enduring my pain, to come over.

Dr. Ng Huiyu is one of the most compassionate doctors I've met. I arrived near closing time, but the doctor was nice enough to still see me. She didn't rush the appointment, was very attentive, and didn't dismiss any concerns. It seems she genuinely cares about her patients. The front desk staff isn't too friendly, but the doctor's excellent performance more than makes up for it.

"We walked in by chance, and while my wife was registering at the counter, I read some online reviews. There were only two patients ahead of us, and the reviews seemed fairly accurate. We were actually considering leaving to avoid a potentially long and uncertain wait. Then, to our surprise, a doctor approached us and introduced herself as Dr. Ng. I have to give 4 stars purely because of our consultation with her—she was the embodiment of patient-centered care. Thank you, Dr. Ng!"

"I feel lucky to have found this clinic and Dr. Ng HuiYu. She is very friendly, caring, and patient, and she explains things in detail. I feel less worried after consulting with her. I was worried about a long wait after reading some bad reviews, but it was fine. I walked in, registered, and saw the doctor about 5 minutes later. Just for your reference."

"Decided to finally give Dr. Aziz a long-awaited review after he's been our family doctor for years. He has always been caring and meticulous in his diagnoses. My kids love seeing him when they aren't well because they know they will recover quickly after seeing him. I read some feedback about the front desk service. I think it has improved a lot over the years, and it is much better now!"
