Bad service. It's always so hard to book an appointment. I've called four or five times already and still can't book a single appointment, even when I call on weekdays. They always say they're short on masseuses.
I observed a woman with brown hair around 5:30 or 6 PM who was very rude to some students. While on a phone call, she walked around and behaved rudely. She even spoke down to them loudly, along with another female employee.
One student was sitting on the ground, but there were many other ways for her to walk. She could have kindly asked the student to move. The students appeared upset by her behavior.
Even though the service here is supposed to be okay, I'm not sure if I even want to go anymore after witnessing this. I hope something is done about it because friends who work nearby have seen this before.
I also saw a larger group of people walk by. When they said "excuse me," the students were happy to move. These students are studying for their exams and need support, not to feel bad for trying to focus.
Please look into this situation. Employees should treat others politely, especially our younger generations.
"Regarding a staff member at the Qi Ji Tampines Hub outlet on January 8, 2022, at 6 PM. This staff member, whom I would describe as acting like a gangster, cut the queue and bumped into a small boy. He had short hair, wore spectacles, was of a larger build, and approximately 1.75m tall. He was carrying a Hock Hua plastic bag and using a container to pack his food. This behavior is unacceptable for a service staff member wearing his company uniform. I will no longer patronize this shop, as I do not want to be served by someone acting in that manner. Perhaps management might want to educate him, or grant him more snack breaks, as I think he may have been hungry. By the way, there is more than enough food at Qi Ji, so he does not need to worry."
I already have an existing package with 5 massages left, but the counter staff still asked me to extend it because there was a promotion and I "must" extend today, otherwise they don't know when the promotion will be offered again. When I told the staff I wasnât interested, she immediately gave me a "black face" and rolled her eyes as if I owed her something. There was a lot of hard selling and bad customer service. Although the massage at Wan Yang is good, the hard selling and counter staff service is so bad that I donât want to continue after my package finishes.
Visited on 27 Aug 2022, but I only ate my Twister the next day đ . The yogurt, caramel, marshmallow, and colorful grains made it taste very rich hahađâŠ
"Decent yogurt with generous toppings makes for a good post-dinner snack. I can't tell the difference between this and other brands of yogurt, so they are all perfect substitutes to me."
Having tried the various froyo shops in town, I came across this understated shop in Tampines Hub. Ordering was easy, and the staff were very friendly. The toppings were generous and so much more worth it compared to the competitors. I'm definitely a convert now and will definitely look for Smooy froyo when I'm in Tampines Hub.
"I bought the chocolate ice cream flavor in the Twister size for $7.50 and it was terrible. A complete waste of my money; I didn't even manage to finish a quarter of it. The taste was outrageous and completely unacceptable. Take a look at the picture I snapped â you can see small white particles in it. Ridiculous."
"Went last weekend to redeem my 1-for-1 Entertainer voucher. $6.50 for a classic cup (medium) with two toppings feels a little pricey. The topping options were mostly sweet items like cookies, candy, and sweet sauces. I wish they had more healthy and fruit options. The froyo melted quite fast, but the texture and taste were decent. I also wish the portion was larger, as the middle of the froyo was empty."
