They quickly stepped in to source and customize various contact lens options, guiding me through multiple rounds of fittings and feedback. The process involved waiting for new lenses, testing them during work hours, and returning for adjustments—all to ensure I found the most suitable pair.
At one point, I even considered switching to another shop for more options, as each trial lens came with its own set of challenges, from dryness to an improper fit.
