"Visited your shop at Tampines Hub on February 6th at 12:20 PM. The lady with long hair had a very rude attitude! She rudely told us she was alone and needed to go to lunch at 12:30, as if we should know their schedule. If she's unhappy, why take it out on customers? Unbelievable! I hope the management does something about her attitude towards customers. Thank you!"

A staff member named Revuti or Revati (apologies for not recalling the exact name) was incredibly informative and helpful in explaining the available options. The wheelchair we obtained from your pharmacy turned out to be a real game-changer. It assisted us greatly during our flight transit and enabled us to smoothly navigate the airport. Not only was the wheelchair extremely convenient, but it also proved to be of high quality and very user-friendly. I am sincerely grateful to both the customer service advisor and your team as a whole for delivering such outstanding service. This level of assistance made a significant difference in our experience and alleviated a considerable amount of stress during a challenging time. Thank you again for your awesome service.
