Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub (Learning Space) represents an innovative approach to community-based family support, serving as a comprehensive one-stop wellness hub that brings together essential health and social services under one convenient roof. Launched through a collaboration between SingHealth and community partners, this facility is specifically designed to support families with young children in Singapore's eastern region.

The Learning Space offers an expanded Community Nursing Service provided by Changi General Hospital, developed in collaboration with KK Women's and Children's Hospital and SingHealth Polyclinics. This service extends beyond traditional senior care to support mothers and children from birth through six years old, addressing a wide range of women's and children's health concerns through walk-in appointments with qualified Community Nurses.

At the heart of Family Nexus is Care Corner Singapore, the anchor social service partner, which delivers evidence-informed marriage and parenting programmes including the acclaimed Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme, Online Signposts e-learning modules, Purposeful Play workshops, and the Triple P Positive Parenting Programme designed for parents and grandparents alike.

The facility features dedicated Family Nexus Coordinators at the concierge area who adopt a person-centric approach, recommending relevant programmes and services based on individual family needs and interests. Families can access self-help resources covering health, marriage, and parenting topics, while participating in regular online and in-person activities such as webinars and workshops designed to strengthen family bonds and support successful parenting journeys.
