The service here is abysmal, an absolute joke. I've experienced it firsthand and watched the staff shamelessly treat other customers like garbage right in front of me. Their atrocious attitudes completely ruined any chance of enjoying the meal. Speaking of which, the food is just as terrible. The Egg and Cheese Ramyeon was bland, lifeless, and a disgrace to anything resembling Korean cuisine. The chicken was raw? Hello, wake up! The quality is laughable. Whoever was working at 12 pm on January 10th, 2025, should be fired or retrained because their 'customer service' is nothing short of pathetic. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and eating tasteless slop.
"After not having it for ten years, I was quite excited to try the yangnyeom (sweet and spicy) chicken again! Unfortunately, the sauce, which is a crucial element for Korean fried chicken, isnโt very tasty."
"Had a bad experience at this Nene Chicken store.
The burger was really not good. The tteokbokki was too sweet and salty. Maybe I ordered the wrong dishes.
When ordering, the waitress was quite rude. I think she may not have had enough training to serve customers."
"A surprising find (okay, truth be told, I havenโt stepped in for a long time).
I ordered their cheapest army stew ($7.90 a la carte) and added Set C โ a drink and fried chicken skin (for another $5).
Total: $12.90 ๐
The basic army stew consists of soup, egg, cheese, noodles, hot dogs, and a little mushrooms.
It's hard to find a yummy army stew in a mall at this price. ๅ็ฎ (Worth it!)
Iโm not a big fan of their wings, but this army stew at this price has made it one of my go-to places! ๅฏไปฅ่ฏ่ฏ็ (You can try it), quite a decent portion too."
It's awesome, cooling, and spacious. However, the football fence/divider separating the two areas is pretty dangerous. A few days ago, the fence was broken, following the shape of a ball. And I mean, really broken. It needs to be repaired because it is hazardous and risky. I was sitting right under that fence area without knowing it until a ball came smashing into my back a few times. Also, if the ball ever makes it out of that broken hole in the fence, it's a danger.
"The location was being used as a vaccination center, but directions were not properly maintained by the contractors or security personnel. Heavy lifting of barriers and concrete weights was also taking place in the same area as vaccinations. An accident could easily happen if the lifting crane malfunctions. One arrogant Chinese security guard was present but didn't seem to be doing anything about it. Please address this situation."
