"Brought my mom to get both her medi and pedi done, and she loved it! There was no hard selling. When we asked about the packages, they were very patient and nice, sharing the great deals! We decided to get a package because it is worth it and also benefits my mom's skin. You must get their hand and foot mask! My mom has very dry and itchy skin, and after the mask treatment, it doesn't look dry, and she doesn't feel any itch anymore! They also did some massage for her, highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

It was my first time at Nail Arcadia, and the shop is clean and comfortable. I got both a classic gel manicure and pedicure. Both nail artists were friendly, and there was no hard selling involved. While I’m very satisfied with the pedicure, it's unfortunate that my gel manicure started chipping the very first night. The next day, I texted to ask if a touch-up was possible and was told to come to the shop. However, my nails were only filed down to remove the chipped portions, and I was told a touch-up wasn't possible. Today is day 3, and my nails have started chipping and peeling. While I understand that one nail might chip because there was originally a crack, it was disappointing to see the other nails chipping off, especially since it has only been a few days since I got my manicure.

I have been a customer of The Nail Arcadia since 2022 and have always appreciated the cozy space and the patience, creativity, and skill of their nail technicians. However, I would advise potential clients to carefully check the terms and conditions in detail when considering purchasing their packages. I signed up for their packages twice but was unaware that they come with a one-year validity period. Recently, I scheduled an appointment, expecting to utilize my remaining package credits, only to be informed at the salon, after my manicure had already started, that my package had expired. The lady in charge said I had to purchase a new package (the cheapest package is $588) to reactivate the existing credits. At the time of expiration, I had over $200 in unused credits and had also never received any reminders that my package was expiring. I attempted to negotiate a partial cash, partial package credit payment, but the lady in charge declined, insisting that purchasing a new package was the only way to access my existing credits. While the staff mentioned that the package expiry dates are indicated on every invoice, I did not notice this information. This may well have been my oversight, but the lack of clear communication has lost my trust, and sadly, I will not be a returning customer. It is disheartening that our relationship has ended this way, especially given my deep appreciation for the nail technicians’ work. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.

"Frustratingly slow service. I placed an online order at 3:55 PM and arrived at the outlet around 4:10 PM. I observed several customers arriving and ordering at the physical kiosk after me, and to my surprise, they received their orders sooner. I finally received my order at 4:31 PM, which, after seeing the reviews here, I realized was still faster than what other people have experienced. Please fix your operations. Thanks."

"The ordering process isn't seamless, but overall the food and service were good. The staff was also friendly. The place is clean, but it can get a bit warm, especially if you're seated near the kitchen."

The honey hot rub flavored chicken is so delicious! And I didn't know the drink options included Coke Zero Cherry! It tastes absolutely like Dr. Pepper, which I can barely find in Singapore. I love you, Wingstop! <3

I'm a delivery rider who picks up orders from this outlet in the evenings. I asked for an extra plastic bag to secure the food, as I take my work seriously and want to avoid spills. One of your staff members (a tall, talkative Chinese guy wearing a black apron and black face mask) gave me attitude and refused. I had to ask another staff member for one instead. Please educate your staff to cooperate with us. We riders are also trying to do our jobs, and ensuring that the food arrives nicely packed is one of our priorities. Don't make things difficult for us.

Wingstop is usually good, but today it was really bad. The food was served lukewarm; nothing was hot, which was unbelievable. I think the food preparation and assembly can be improved. It doesn't make sense for a dine-in order to be served at room temperature. I’ve ordered delivery before, and even that was warmer than what I ate today. Hopefully, it's just teething issues from their re-opening at the new location.
