This place is truly amazing, especially with Zamie, the manager. He's very helpful and fun. The staff are also very helpful, and they helped me a lot. Highly recommended!

"Today (May 10, 12:20 PM), I would like to thank the male staff member (I didn't get his name) who helped address the two boys who were shouting foul language while playing the racing car machines. The boys finally stopped after shouting for at least 20 minutes. Timezone should be a place where children and adults can have fun, and children shouldn't be exposed to such bad language in an open place. I hope Timezone management can put up some signage to manage such inappropriate behavior in the future."

"As a paying customer, I wasn't even allowed to sit in their empty chairs. The game we play is $3.30 per game, come on! It's just a chair. The management is the worst, and there's no customer service at all! This was never an issue before. The manager and staff said it's a management issue! Never going back to play their MAIMAI."

"This library spans five stories, from the second to the sixth floor. If there's a soccer match happening, you can even enjoy the view from within the library. It has the most complete book collection of any library I've ever visited. Each section is located on a different floor. The third floor is dedicated to kids and includes an indoor playground."

"Nice, cozy place to borrow books, sit down, and read. There are also many event spaces, like MakeIT, and culinary classes for a variety of courses. And study corners, too. Overall, a great place for adults, teenagers, children, and toddlers..."

What an amazing library in the heartlands! Being a regional library, its size is much bigger than most libraries in Singapore. This library spans five floors and has a good number of sofas, tables, and chairs for studying, as well as culinary studios for cooking classes and a pixel lab for learning coding and other IT skills. Some of the sofas have a wonderful view of the artificial turf pitch at OTH (Our Tampines Hub), while others have views of the surrounding roads and buildings. This library also has two terrace seating areas located on different floors. Visitors might also encounter a robotic moving book drop within the library. There is also a play area for children to have fun. I was also greeted at the entrance for safe entry by a staff member who has special needs. The other staff seemed patient in guiding and encouraging her. Big thumbs up for inclusive hiring and a supportive work environment. We need more of this in society to ensure no one gets left behind. Overall, I was impressed by the design, planning, and environment of the Tampines Regional Library. I hope to see more new libraries and upgrades to current libraries to keep them relevant in our ever-changing country, as libraries will always have a major place in our society as places to learn, relax, and grow.
