"First time trying this nasi lemak store. The fish fillet was hard, the chicken cutlet tasteless, and both were cold! The nasi was only slightly warm. The chili wasn't good either. And it's expensive, selling at $8.90!

The fried chicken wing nasi lemak was quite tasty. I would have given it four stars, but the long waiting time (30 minutes) and the miserly amount of sambal reduced the score.

I live in Tampines and regularly get takeaways from the Crave outlet in Tampines Hub. The service crew are excellent, and the service is top-notch. Always with a smile and friendly banter, I really appreciate their positive attitude. They're the ones who make a difference in making it a good experience every time I'm there. Visiting from Australia, and my friends recommended I try this place. I tried it, but I don't know what's so special about it. The sambal was watery and too sweet, not the type of nasi lemak sambal that I prefer. The amount of sambal given was also too little; I asked for extra, and they packed a tiny scoop in a separate mini cup and charged me extra. Portions were small, but the price was on the high side. I wouldn't go there again. Overrated.
Hakimi was my server at the OTH branch. He was great! The service was excellent, and he went above and beyond. I'm truly thankful. Crave has a wonderful person on their team. They should treat him well!
"I took the bus from Genting back to Singapore. The services and amenities were okay, but could be better. We also stopped three times for toilet breaks and souvenir shopping, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep since everyone was required to get off the bus.
The bus was able to take us to Bedok (Digisun) / Tampines, so it was okay overall."
"Had booked the coach service from Singapore to Genting. Really satisfied with the coach and service delivery. This is my second time booking this coach service. I want to compliment the exemplary service by the coach driver of bus service 8585 on the morning of April 27th. He was very professional, responsible, and had good driving skills, providing a smooth, safe ride. And most of all, he was polite and calm even though I overheard a situation where earlier passengers had eaten on the bus and perhaps dirtied it. Kudos to the great driver for giving us a safe and smooth ride! Really appreciate it!"
1) The offices are often fully occupied with work, so it may take some time to get a response. Please allow for longer response times from Facebook if you are not in a hurry or facing an urgency.
2) The Singapore Flyer departure point is at a coach bay within the flyer ticketing area's adjacent coach area. (It's not the coach parking bay - it's opposite a bus terminal.)
3) They have a Singapore standby personnel number just in case. Request it beforehand; however, the personnel won't be able to guide you with directions. Just be certain of the geographic location of the Singapore Flyer coach bus area.
