MOS Burger at Our Tampines Hub is okay! It's not your regular fast food joint, just like any other MOS Burger. I tried the Fish Burger and wow, it was delicious! The staff wasn't the nicest, though.

"The food is expensive and doesn't taste good. An extra $4.35 for a drink and fries? I'd rather order another burger or just go to McDonald's. One burger can cost upwards of $8, and it's not big or particularly good. The burgers are just tiny and costly. The corn soup is bad, and the pepper tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. Also, I didn't think the chicken was good at all; it's pretty average and quite oily. There isn't much choice for drinks either."

Craving satisfied! The plant-based Impossible Burger is almost too good to be true! If given this burger, it would be difficult to tell that it isn't meat. And that's the point, isn't it? Impossible? Try it for yourself!

"It's usually not crowded before noon on weekdays. The golden dip sauce is quite good."

A bit disappointing for a fast food restaurant. First, the self-service kiosk was a bit hard to use. I had to keep pressing on the screen for it to register my instructions. Next, after successfully completing my order, it took another 11 minutes for my food to be ready. During that time, no other orders seemed to be prepared, as I didn’t see any being collected. Thirdly, the staff asked about my preference for the sauce, but surprisingly, they didn't even provide a serviette with my order. I had to ask for one. Lastly, my friend found a strand of hair in his rice burger. All staff should have proper hair netting. The only saving grace was that my friend was able to get a replacement burger, and it only took 3 minutes. A disappointing experience.

"The food is served fresh. The self-checkout kiosk was a little difficult to use; after tapping my card, it showed the transaction failed. I tried a second time, and the payment was successful. The outlet is fine, with music playing. It would be perfect if the staff serving food were more friendly, the trays were properly cleaned (I noticed chili sauce on the tray from previous use), and the tables were cleaned after customers used them."

"My egg was burned, and they said it was the burned parsley. Maybe they should clean the grill of leftover parsley before making the egg. The owner was friendly and tried his best to make up for it, but the younger, more experienced cook in the kitchen just didn't seem to care."

"Ordered sambal fried rice and hor fun. The cutlery was quite exquisite and nice. However, there weren't many other merits. The food mostly tasted like salt (no sambal flavor), and the hor fun tasted overwhelmingly of sodium. It was also quite expensive - $7 for hawker food. It's also very cramped here. Eating upstairs at the hawker center is a smarter choice; I won't be back."

This new Penang restaurant has been undergoing renovation since the circuit breaker. It's nice to see it finally open. The Penang food is nice, but there isn't enough seating in the restaurant. Taking away food is better if you want to enjoy Penang food in Tampines.

Selling local food, but Penang style, though the taste is similar to local flavors. Cooked by one person on the spot, and after you order. Located in the basement of Tampines Hub, very convenient. You can do some shopping after your meal. Reasonable price, and the serving portion is enough for one person.
