Terrible service. I booked through ClassPass, and the place was really hard to find. It was also raining heavily, so I was six minutes late, and they didn’t allow me in. They said they can't let people in after being five minutes late.
The place has no phone number or email address to reach them, so I couldn’t even call when I was lost. And they charged me $18 for missing the class. I lost the booking credits, $18, and $40 in round-trip cab fare because of this. It’s really terrible and disappointing. These people are like machines, not humans.

If I could give this place a zero-star review, I would.
I had a class at Yoga Inc. and I couldn't find it. By the time I reached the location, I was 12 minutes late. There is no telephone number to call the studio, neither on ClassPass nor on the internet. Only one email address is provided, which states someone will reply to email messages in 12 hours.
There should be clearer directional signs on ClassPass and on their website to show how to get to this place. And they should at least leave a telephone number for people to call when they are lost! I ran around the basement a few times trying to find it, and none of the other shop vendors knew where it was either.
I asked to speak to the manager, supposedly a Freda Lee. The staff said they only had her email address. I asked again for them to call the manager. The staff were communicating with their manager on the phone through messaging, but the manager instructed them to insist that there was no number for me to call.
Please don’t come to this place!

"I ended work late and spent some time finding the studio (there's no phone number to call). I ended up being 5 minutes late, and they refused to let me in. I even asked my friend, who arrived early, to sign me in, but the staff refused. When I arrived, they told me that ClassPass users have zero buffer time, while their members have a 5-minute grace period. What's with this difference in treatment? The staff simply said there was nothing they could do. I personally would never go to this studio again. I saw so many previous Google reviews regarding the same issue, but nothing has been done. It seems that the studio simply doesn't care about customer feedback."

"I was two minutes late and denied entry. In previous classes I attended, students were allowed in even when they were 5-10 minutes late.
After reading the reviews, I think they are abusing and taking full advantage of the ClassPass system to earn more money. The students who are denied entry are most probably ClassPass users instead of students with their own packages.
The moment I arrived, the staff immediately said, "Oh, you can go to the app to ask for a waiver." I hadn’t even asked about a ClassPass waiver.
I will not attend anymore.
Yoga Movement studio is way better."

There are so many good yoga establishments around Tampines. Why would you even want to support one that doesn't seem to have a human face or heart?
If you're considering signing up for classes here, be aware that:
1. There is only a mobile phone number associated with this place.
2. Your calls to the mobile number are rarely picked up (or, as many reviewers will tell you, never) by a part-time person (as was my experience). She said, "Oops, sorry, I didn’t see the phone ring.” I guess this is why so many people have trouble making it to their lessons on time. If only this place had a real telephone that rings, with a motivated receptionist who could tell you where they are located!
3. They are strict with their punctuality policy, even though I called twice well before my class to ask for directions (as it's located in a big place). Under no circumstance will they admit their mistake or let you attend, or even mark your attendance to avoid the no-show fees if you are using ClassPass. The inflexible instructors will not admit you, even if it’s a small class at a basic level.
4. This business doesn't seem to have a human face. I asked many times to speak to someone in charge but was told that no such person exists. While people may give 5 stars for their instructors, good luck if you have issues with your fees or if one day they close their shop on you. You won’t have a clue who to contact or what number to dial to speak to a person in charge.
If you want to practice yoga, why not support other, better yoga establishments or instructors who seek a more genuine relationship with their customers? As you can read in most reviews, Yoga Inc. has lousy customer service and shows no signs of wanting to improve, even with repetitive problems being highlighted here!

"A clean studio at Tampines Hub, which is a good location. Do take note that the studio only opens 15 minutes before class starts, so don’t arrive too early. The class itself was okay, with clear instructions. My class wasn’t full, so I felt the spacing was adequate, but it might feel too squeezed if it were."

Sharing my honest review as a ClassPass user who has been there a couple of times. I was once rejected for being late, but I accepted it as their rules and tried to be on time afterward.
Compared to the Bedok branch, this branch is relatively more cramped with a low ceiling, so the hot yoga class can get very hot. If the class is full, it can be very stuffy.
Most of the instructors are great, except for a few less satisfactory encounters. There’s one who sounds stern and rough, which makes it very uncomfortable for a yoga class, so I try to avoid her classes. And there are two who give yoga instructions in a very Singlish way, with too much "ah," "orh," etc., which makes it rather distracting.
Overall, it’s still a pleasant place for yoga during off-peak hours, as it’s affordable and well-maintained.
