"I sent my tennis racket in to be strung, specifying different tensions for the mains and crosses, but using the same string type. When I collected it, the racket had been strung with a single piece of string and only two tied knots. This demonstrates a lack of basic knowledge of proper stringing techniques. This is the first time I've experienced this in any shop in Singapore when requesting two different tensions. If you need stringing services, look elsewhere."

"The best racket shop in Singapore. Where else can you find a shop owned by a retired World Badminton and US Open Champion in Singapore? Run by a veteran couple that knows their stuff. They sometimes have longer turnaround times due to their expertise and meticulous attention to detail. Very professional, patient, and the best in the market."
