Instead of challenging my child further, they were left to draw after completing their work. It wasn't until I inquired with customer service that any action was taken. This lack of initiative suggests a focus on profit over student progress. Additionally, the mishandling of the waiting list further highlights a need for better communication and accountability within the management. Reflection and improvement are necessary for a more effective and customer-centric approach."
