Family Nexus at Our Tampines Hub is a groundbreaking one-stop wellness hub that provides comprehensive health and social services specifically designed to support families in their marriage and parenting journey. Launched in June 2024 as one of four pilot Family Nexus sites across Singapore, this innovative facility represents a collaborative effort between SingHealth and social service agencies to deliver integrated family support services.

Located at #04-35, Family Nexus offers a unique combination of community-based health services and evidence-informed programs for couples and families with children aged 0 to 6 years. The center features Community Nursing Services provided by Changi General Hospital in collaboration with KK Women's and Children's Hospital, offering specialized support for women's and children's health issues including family planning, pregnancy support, breastfeeding assistance, and mental wellness screening.

The facility houses comprehensive marriage and parenting programs delivered by Care Corner Singapore, the anchor social service partner. These include the Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme for couples, Online Signposts e-learning modules, Purposeful Play workshops for parents with young children, and the evidence-based Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P) for parents and grandparents.

Family Nexus Coordinators stationed at the concierge area provide personalized recommendations for relevant programs and services based on individual family needs and interests. The center also offers self-help resources related to health, marriage, and parenting, ensuring families have access to comprehensive support materials.

Regular activities including webinars and on-site workshops cover essential topics to support families throughout their journey. This holistic approach makes Family Nexus a valuable resource for the Tampines community, providing accessible, professional support for families during crucial developmental phases.
