"There's almost always no staff available in the shop. I came by twice today, at 1:00 PM and 6:15 PM, and both times I didn't see a cashier or store assistant. It was a complete waste of time. A board was placed at the entrance, blocking people from coming in. At the very least, a store assistant could paste a note or put up a notice informing patrons that the staff is away on a toilet break and will be right back, perhaps with an estimated return time."
Requested a screen protector for my Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Things initially looked fine, and the screen protector appeared nicely installed.
However, this person damaged the phone's camera/lock button while cleaning UV glue that had gotten all over the buttons. On top of that, the entire S-Pen and its enclosure were wet with the glue.
Now, I understand that taking pride in your work is necessary, even for a job like this, but it doesn't seem fair that I should bear the costs of repair for this infuriating experience.
"Initially, I was grateful they took my order at 11 a.m. since they opened at 11:30. I paid for my order, a party box, and was asked to come back at 11:30. I arrived at 3 p.m., and the salesperson said they gave away my order because I didn't come to pick it up. Very disappointing. Their opening hours state 12 to 5 p.m., so how come they were already closing at 3 p.m.? I was asked to take it from the Bussorah St outlet, if they still had some *keria* there, but why must I go all the way there to get my *keria* since I ordered from Tampines? The least they could do is offer service recovery, like delivering the party box to my place since I had a gathering with family and planned to share the *keria* there. I'm very disappointed with the service. KS *keria* has been my go-to *keria*, but the service here in Tampines is just bad. Sad."
I'd like to comment on the worker, Nabil. He served me well and was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to come here for the freshest keria!
Google showed it was open, but when I got there, it was closed. This is the second time this has happened. Could the owner please leave their contact number on Google so I can at least call before going?
