"Officer Hafizah/Hafidzah, from the SSO Team that handles short, medium, and long-term care financial assistance, could improve on not being too pushy or insistent that my mom speak to her children about asking for allowances. We've clearly explained how the family dynamic works. I commend her for answering queries promptly; she is very consistent with that. However, aside from being pushy, she also needs to improve her speed with work. With that said, the two best officers I've worked with will always be Officer Zubaidah and Officer Samuel."
