Ramen Hitoyoshi brings the authentic soul of Japanese ramen culture to Our Tampines Hub, serving traditional tonkotsu ramen that embodies the craftsmanship of the esteemed Hitoyoshi Group. This cozy establishment has earned its place in Singapore's competitive ramen scene through dedication to time-honored preparation methods and genuine Japanese flavors.
At the heart of their menu lies the signature tonkotsu broth – a creamy, rich masterpiece simmered for hours to achieve its characteristic depth and velvety texture. Each bowl arrives adorned with traditional accompaniments including molten ajitama eggs with perfectly runny yolks and tender chashu pork that melts in your mouth. The restaurant caters to diverse preferences with options ranging from robust tonkotsu to savory shoyu and fiery miso variants.
What enhances the dining experience is their generous offering of free-flow bean sprouts and corn, allowing diners to customize their bowls to personal preference. The efficient service ensures piping hot ramen reaches tables quickly, while the casual, family-friendly atmosphere makes it suitable for everything from quick lunches to leisurely dinners.
While customer experiences vary – with some praising the "awesome garlic soup" and satisfying portions, others noting concerns about ventilation and MSG levels – Ramen Hitoyoshi maintains its appeal through consistent quality and reasonable pricing. Whether you're craving an authentic Japanese comfort meal for dine-in or convenient takeaway, this Our Tampines Hub outlet continues the Hitoyoshi tradition of bringing genuine ramen experiences to Singapore's diverse food landscape.

I had high hopes for this ramen spot, but overall it was a disappointing experience. The ramen itself was cooked well, but it clearly contained a lot of MSG—I felt extremely thirsty after the meal.
Service was lacking, likely due to understaffing. I was seated in a corner and had a hard time getting the attention of the staff. I asked for ice water, which never came until I reminded them.
To make matters worse, the ventilation in the restaurant was poor. After the meal, my clothes and hair smelled unpleasant, which was really off-putting.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as the price I'm paying is not worth it.

"The food was subpar. I ordered the special chashu, and it tasted very rubbery and hard. There was no charred flavor. I chose the customization options of "stronger taste" and "hard noodles," but the ramen served was neither of those. It was quite disappointing to eat. It seemed as if the restaurant just served a standard bowl of ramen to every customer without following the special requests for customization.
Flavor-wise, it was okay, but nothing special. Not worth the price, in my opinion!"

"It's not bad. I think I had the special chashu ramen.
But I had a 60% off deal with Grab Dine Out deals, so it was around $10, which was a steal and, I think, quite good. At the original price of around $24, I think it's just okay.
Also, yeah, the place is kind of smelly. I don't know why."

"Good ambiance and surroundings. The background music could be improved. The food selection is good, and the donburi dishes are well done."

"Still the same delicious broth, rich and flavorful. I love that they provide unlimited corn, and the staff being attentive to your needs is a big plus. Come down during weekday afternoons and there are plenty of seats to choose from."

The food at this ramen restaurant is delicious. The staff are friendly and provide great service. They also offer free-flow bean sprouts and corn, which is a nice bonus.

Pretty standard layout, similar to other Ramen Hitoyoshi outlets, where seating is rather close. The staff were friendly and very busy coping with the lunch crowd. Food was served rather quickly, portions were satisfying, the noodles had a good texture, and the garlic soup was awesome. The free flow of bean sprouts has always been my favorite, and this outlet also offers free corn kernels.
