MakeIT at Tampines represents Singapore's vision for democratizing technology and fostering innovation at the grassroots level. Located on Level 4 of the Tampines Regional Library within Our Tampines Hub, this free public makerspace embodies the National Library Board's commitment to making cutting-edge fabrication technologies accessible to all Singaporeans.

Visitors can explore 3D printing to bring their designs to life, experiment with laser cutting using the Craftlaser system, dive into robotics with Qdee (micro:bit-based) and mBot (Arduino-based) kits, or perfect their crafting skills with professional sewing machines. The addition of 3D pens allows for immediate creative expression and prototyping.
