Tried the expensive $8.90 chocolate lava cake. The chocolate flavor isn't strong enough, and it's overly sweet. The cake is very dense and not moist. Not worth $8.90. Other bakeries sell better cakes.

"A very cozy Starbucks outlet, even though it can get really crowded. Some seats are too close to each other, so it really depends on where you sit. The standard is there, so nothing much else to comment on!"

"I've always enjoyed getting my Low Fat Vanilla Latte at Starbucks. The OTH location is good, with friendly staff. It can get a bit crowded on weekends and during school breaks, when students are studying and enjoying food and drinks. I like the setting and find it tranquil, as most people are respectful of the students studying (I'm guessing) and don't speak too loudly."

As with a Starbucks Reserve, the plaza looks more upscale. At the time of my visit, 13 of the 15 tables were occupied by students. A number of people with laptops were also waiting for tables. So, this branch seems to have become a study hall with an attached Reserve outlet. Do not visit if you plan to sit down.

I had high hopes for this ramen spot, but overall it was a disappointing experience. The ramen itself was cooked well, but it clearly contained a lot of MSG—I felt extremely thirsty after the meal. Service was lacking, likely due to understaffing. I was seated in a corner and had a hard time getting the attention of the staff. I asked for ice water, which never came until I reminded them. To make matters worse, the ventilation in the restaurant was poor. After the meal, my clothes and hair smelled unpleasant, which was really off-putting. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as the price I'm paying is not worth it.

Pretty standard layout, similar to other Ramen Hitoyoshi outlets, where seating is rather close. The staff were friendly and very busy coping with the lunch crowd. Food was served rather quickly, portions were satisfying, the noodles had a good texture, and the garlic soup was awesome. The free flow of bean sprouts has always been my favorite, and this outlet also offers free corn kernels.
