I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Q & M Dental Surgery with Dr. Au Yong! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by friendly staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Au Yong is a true professional, and it's evident that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear explanations about the treatment options available. His knowledge and expertise in dentistry are remarkable, and I felt completely at ease under his care. The Invisalign procedure I underwent was painless and efficient, thanks to Dr. Au Yong's gentle approach and skilled hands. Throughout the process, he constantly reassured me and kept me informed at every step, which I really appreciated. I'm incredibly satisfied with the results of my treatment, and I cannot thank Dr. Au Yong enough for his exceptional care. My dental health has never been better, and I owe it all to him and the amazing team at Q & M Dental Surgery.

The service is generally nice, and Dr. Goh Yi Xuan is the most proficient dentist I've ever met.

"Visited here for scaling and polishing in April. Dr. Au Yong's service was excellent, professional, and reassuring. He was also patient and detailed in explaining my teeth condition and advising on appropriate dental care. The clinic is very clean and well-equipped. The receptionist and nurses were friendly and polite. Overall, a great experience."

Celeste at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Au Yong was nice and super fast with my filling and scaling. He also mentioned I had a cavity that needed filling, which would require a separate appointment, but he wasn't pushy at all. Thank you for the good service; I will be back.

Came on Monday at 7pm. I had already checked the day before (on Sunday) that they were open on Mondays from 6-9pm. But they were closed. I tried to call several times, but no one answered, obviously, because I was physically there and could see for myself that they were closed. I think since it stated that they were supposed to be open at that particular time, they should have put up a notice to inform customers that they were not open for the day or something. Quite disappointed because I waited a few days, enduring my pain, to come over.

This 5-star rating is solely for Dr. Aziz. He is a caring doctor who really takes care of his patients. I went to see him for my injured hand, and he used the right tools to diagnose the issue. I am very glad that I went to see Dr. Aziz.

Dr. Aziz was really nice and patient, and he explained everything well. He made my day better.

"It was a simple vaccination appointment, but the staff gave me incorrect information and showed no respect for my time. I was told a doctor's consultation wasn't required and a nurse could administer the vaccine. However, after arriving on time for my appointment, I had to consult with the doctor anyway, after waiting 30 minutes. There was zero respect for my time."

"I feel lucky to have found this clinic and Dr. Ng HuiYu. She is very friendly, caring, and patient, and she explains things in detail. I feel less worried after consulting with her. I was worried about a long wait after reading some bad reviews, but it was fine. I walked in, registered, and saw the doctor about 5 minutes later. Just for your reference."

Walked in at 10:45 am and there were only 2 patients present, yet there were 3 doctors, 3 receptionists, and a staff nurse around. I was told that I could join the walk-in queue, but they don’t dispense queue numbers, and doctors will just call when they're ready. I waited until 11:50 am and checked in. The reception lady said they had no idea when I would be seen, as it's up to the doctor, adding that I was "maybe" next in line. This is when I found out it's at the doctor's discretion when they want to see walk-in customers. I checked in again at 12:05 pm, and the reception said to wait. She kindly confirmed with a doctor if they could slot me in, and he apparently said yes. It only became my turn at 12:30 pm, but I ended up leaving and visiting a nearby clinic instead. There were a maximum of 3 patients waiting at any point (including me), but the doctor could slot in people with "appointments." I find it puzzling how I could wait for 2 hours, and the doctor couldn’t even slot me in for a consultation or at least provide a clear structure so people know how long they're expected to wait. Remember to get some form of appointment, or face waiting for hours with no clues when it will be your turn, and the receptionists only able to say “maybe you’re next.”
