Securing Your Tickets
Ticket redemption is a straightforward process: simply register via QR code at the L1 Customer Service Counter in Our Tampines Hub. Redemption must be done in person, on-site, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, starting from 15 July 2025 onwards.
