How to Redeem Your Sling Bag
Participating in this exciting offer is straightforward. To qualify for your exclusive sling bag, shoppers need to spend a minimum of $60 at OTH. For our valued NTUC members, a minimum spend of $120 is required to be eligible for the redemption. Please note that the qualifying expenditure can be accumulated across a maximum of two same-day receipts, offering flexibility for your purchases.

Once you've met the spending criteria, simply proceed to the Customer Service Centre, located on Level 1, to redeem your sling bag. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist you with the redemption process.
Important Redemption Details
Please be aware that all redemptions are strictly while stocks last, so we encourage early participation to secure your gift and avoid disappointment. Each shopper is entitled to redeem a maximum of 10 sling bags throughout the promotional period. Kindly note that colour selection for the sling bags is not available.
