Head over to the L1 Customer Service Counter at Our Tampines Hub to secure your entry. The counter operates daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it convenient for everyone to pick up their passes.
Important Redemption Information
Please note the following guidelines for ticket redemption to ensure a smooth process:
Each individual may redeem up to two (2) tickets. This offer is applicable for attendees aged 15 years and above.
Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are available only while stocks last. We encourage early collection to avoid disappointment.
For entry into the concert venue, all attendees, including children (with the exception of infants in arms), will require a valid ticket. One ticket grants admission for one person only.
