"Had booked the coach service from Singapore to Genting. Really satisfied with the coach and service delivery. This is my second time booking this coach service. I want to compliment the exemplary service by the coach driver of bus service 8585 on the morning of April 27th. He was very professional, responsible, and had good driving skills, providing a smooth, safe ride. And most of all, he was polite and calm even though I overheard a situation where earlier passengers had eaten on the bus and perhaps dirtied it. Kudos to the great driver for giving us a safe and smooth ride! Really appreciate it!"

"I took the bus from Genting back to Singapore. The services and amenities were okay, but could be better. We also stopped three times for toilet breaks and souvenir shopping, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep since everyone was required to get off the bus.
The bus was able to take us to Bedok (Digisun) / Tampines, so it was okay overall."

"My experiences with them have been good so far. Try to remember your bus number, as there might be a change of buses after you pass the JB customs in Tuas. They usually have a person on the bus, often a lady, who will accompany the driver until you arrive at your destination. I think that is quite good. Please note that this is just my experience."

1) The offices are often fully occupied with work, so it may take some time to get a response. Please allow for longer response times from Facebook if you are not in a hurry or facing an urgency.
2) The Singapore Flyer departure point is at a coach bay within the flyer ticketing area's adjacent coach area. (It's not the coach parking bay - it's opposite a bus terminal.)
3) They have a Singapore standby personnel number just in case. Request it beforehand; however, the personnel won't be able to guide you with directions. Just be certain of the geographic location of the Singapore Flyer coach bus area.

"The worst customer service I've experienced was from Alan at the Tampines Hub outlet. I went there to process my Foreign Domestic Worker's (FDW) visa, and he gave me a very unpleasant look when I had questions about the application. He was incredibly impatient. Ultimately, he refused to process it for me, and Hui Min took over. I want to compliment Hui Min for her excellent service and patience in helping me check for information on the MOM website.
WTS will lose a lot of customers if they continue to employ people like Alan. He should be sent back to HQ for further training."

My parents recently purchased a pair of 4D3N Genting Dream cruise tickets through WTS Tours, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our agent, Alan, was helpful and attentive, ensuring every detail was handled smoothly. My parents enjoyed a hassle-free and relaxing trip!

Bought a direct bus ticket, one way, from Malacca to Singapore. What they never mentioned during booking was that the bus would not go straight to the drop-off point. It traveled across the whole of Singapore (Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Tampines, Suntec) before dropping passengers off. I wasted more than two hours after clearing immigration at Tuas, circling around Singapore. I got fed up and alighted at Suntec to take a taxi home. 0/10 experience; I definitely will not recommend. 10/10 if you want a day tour around Singapore.

"Useless company. The customer service was also very rude when I called a week before with queries. I paid a premium for two passengers and got the worst seats. They don't allow you to choose, and they assigned me the worst possible seats."

"Worst trip ever from Melaka to Singapore. We reached Tuas and cleared customs, moving off just before 6:00 PM. But the bus then made drop-offs at Jurong, Choa Chu Kang, Yishun… and god knows where else. We were so frustrated that, although our drop-off was supposed to be Tampines, we got off at Yishun and took a cab. That was around 7:15 PM. The only passengers remaining on the bus were a poor elderly couple and a perplexed family (who weren't locals)."

I took #WTS Travel & Tours Pte Ltd# to Genting for my holidays. Upon returning, the staff at Genting told us the coach would drop us off at Bedok MRT. I was happy because that's a better location than Bedok Djitsun Mall.
Unfortunately, one man who lived near the mall requested that the driver not go to Bedok MRT. As such, the driver listened to him and dropped all of us off at Bedok Djitsun Mall, which was nearer to the man's house. It was a long journey, departing at 12 noon, and due to the jam, we arrived at 10:30 pm. To make things worse, it was raining heavily, and I got caught in the rain while walking halfway to Bedok MRT; I was totally wet!
Because I was caught in the rain, I reached home at 11 pm plus and took Panadol to sleep. This morning, I couldn’t wake up because I felt very weak. I have a bad cough, flu, and a high fever of 39.8. I went to see the doctor and was given a 3-day MC to rest! If the driver had followed the instructions to drop us at Bedok MRT, I wouldn’t have been caught in the rain! Also, during our journey, the driver was using his phone between 2:30 pm and 4 pm, and then again from 7 to 7:45 pm. Could he please pay attention to his driving? With his voice, we were unable to sleep and rest on the bus! I will never take #WTS Travel & Tours Pte Ltd# coach again!
