They have a "Buy 4 and get 1 free" poster on the counter for all the stick snacks and curry/sardine puffs, available from 3 pm until closing. However, the person serving me didn't give me a free one. I bought two chicken sausages on a stick, one spring roll, and one sardine puff, expecting a free snack, but he said the offer wasn't applicable. Then why have the poster up stating that? Is it just to get customers to buy more, then tell them the offer isn't available? Simi sai.

"This was my first time trying the food. I ordered the blue pea nasi lemak with dry curry, curry with bun, and prata with egg and onion. The serving portion is small, with only one small potato, a spoonful of peanuts, and some ikan bilis. There was a lot of curry gravy, but only two or three small pieces of chicken. The price isn't worth it.
Food: 6/10
Ambience: 6/10
Service: -/10 (Order was placed via phone, and it's self-service)"

The food is tasty, and the staff are very friendly. Prices are a bit above market prices for similar items, but that's understandable given the air-conditioned setting. The only reason it didn't get five stars from me is the cleanliness of the utensils.

Update: Tried their breakfast sets and they were unfortunately a waste of calories. Ya Kun has better kaya toast, and the prata looked like one of those frozen packs from FairPrice. We were also surprised that the set only included one prata, instead of what was advertised in the pictures.
We ordered the $11.90 curry chicken with bread, and it was sooooo good! The bread was served warm, soft, and slightly sweet, which paired very well with the thick and savory curry chicken. They even gave us another bowl of curry for dipping. The portion was just right for two people, or three if you order other dishes.
The drinks, however, were a little lackluster. The kopi c and yuan yang weren't very strong and were kind of sweet, even though we ordered less sugar.

The place is supposed to close at 9pm. That's what was listed, and what the staff confirmed. Yet, at 8:10pm, they said the last order time was 8pm.
So, are you saying you need a whole hour to clean up? Or that for a full hour, you don't accept any new customers?
Is this endorsed by management? Please get back to me before I bring this up to CASE and the Tampines Hub management.

Food:
* Curry chicken with prata (2 pcs): The curry chicken is okay, neither bad nor particularly good. 6/10. The prata is likely pre-packaged. 6/10.
* Mushroom Puff: 7/10
* Lime juice: 8/10
Service is good; the food arrived quickly and instructions were clear.
The atmosphere is also good, giving off a chill vibe.

"Went there for a late tea break. I was glad to find they had tea special price meals with their signature curry puffs and coffee. It's a pity the buns were out of stock when I was there. I also heard feedback from other customers that the cheese curry puffs, currently seasonal for Christmas, are in demand as a permanent menu item. The air-conditioned cafe environment makes it a good place for tea breaks. Please offer more attractive meal prices at different times to attract more customers, and please bring back the cheese curry puffs too… I need to try them!"

"Nice place. The air conditioning isn't very cold, which is a bad design. The cashier counter for takeaway has a big gap! The food is okay, but the rice had too much water. The service is great. Staff listened and asked me if I wanted to swap something. Overall, it's a great place. I hope the management does something about the air conditioning and the leaking space. It's a waste of energy."

"The laksa was served lukewarm, so it wasn't as satisfying as it would have been hot. However, the ingredients were generous. The Curry Chicken Nasi Lemak tasted good. Drinks are served in very large containers. The service was good and friendly. I will return to try it again when I'm passing by."
