"Ordering: There seems to be something wrong with their ordering app. My colleague was able to use her first-time member voucher, but I couldn't. When I approached the staff at the counter, they said it was because I registered today (which my colleague also did)?? Anyway, I made the payment without the member voucher. Next, they got my colleague's order wrong; she didn't select takeaway, but the food came in takeaway containers and was the wrong item. We were too hungry, so we just decided to eat it anyway. The table beside us also had similar issues; they had a duplicate order in the app, but everyone received their meals. Staff: They are relatively helpful and polite, but the waiting time for the food was quite long, even though only two tables were occupied. Food: Taste-wise, it's not bad, but it looks different from the menu (the enoki came without sauce and seemed a bit small)."

Ordered winglets with ranch, spicy sauce dumplings, and salted chicken rice. Wings: 7.5/10 * Garlic Ranch: 2/10 (it's normal garlic ranch, though the servings are generous) Salted Chicken Rice: 9/10 (really good) Spicy Sauce Dumplings: 5/10... The dumpling itself is 8/10, but there's no spicy sauce included. Kudos to the guy at the cashier for great customer service 👍 (shown in pic)

Do not eat at their Tampines Hub branch. I tried their prawn fried rice with my colleague for lunch. The service was good, and I thought it was not bad; it came with 4 prawns, and the fried rice was well cooked. One week later (today), I brought my wife to try it, and the order came with only 3 prawns. When I asked, the staff told me it was because the prawns were bigger this week, hence only 3. There was no difference in the size of the prawns, though, as they were most likely the frozen/thawed kind. The staff did not try to explain any further and just said it was management's decision to reduce the quantity to 3. Mind you, I just ate it a week ago! It's quite mind-boggling; if you can imagine, the next visit they could tell you there are only 2 prawns because they are "bigger" and management has reduced the quantity. Overall, the service was good, but after this experience, maybe we won't patronize them again. What a pity!

Ordered the DIY dessert bowl. They gave very few ingredients: a handful of pearls and taro balls, a spoonful of cheese foam, and a negligible amount of mini sago.

"The food was nice, but it took a very long time to get the food ready and served."

"I was totally disappointed with the torched wagyu beef cubes. The staff asked me about the doneness, but they only cooked it well done, even though I asked for medium-rare. To me, this didn't even seem like Wagyu at all. The onion rings were also a disappointment. The only food that was average was the crispy giant squid."

"Do not dine at Tampines Hub. On March 16th, I went with my family. The prawn fried rice was amazingly the worst fried rice I've ever tasted. The rice was so soggy and tasted bad. My 4-year-old daughter had the carbonara, and halfway through, she kept saying she was full and her stomach hurt. After dinner, she felt nauseous. She couldn't sleep well the entire night and woke up at 5 am complaining of feeling unwell. At 8 am, she vomited a lot. If she's still unwell, I will bring her to a doctor to get certified if it is food poisoning, and if it is, I will pursue this with the authorities. Anyway, I have blacklisted this restaurant! Those who still want to gamble their luck, by all means, waste your money and time!"

Overall, we had a nice lunch. We ordered fried rice, XXL chicken, and chicky chop. The price is reasonable, and the portion sizes are quite generous. A few things they should improve are that the ordering app has issues, and the fried rice is quite plain (it needs more umami).

The fried rice was very dry and lumpy, feeling and tasting like it had been fried and then leftover for a couple of days. The chicken also tasted a bit off, possibly not fresh.

The drinks were delicious and tasted amazing. However, my review of the food itself wouldn't be so grand. I ordered chicken cutlet with fried rice, and my friend ordered carbonara. She said that the sauce was sweet, as if they added condensed milk, and she noticed a strand of hair hiding in the pasta. We were shocked but set it aside. Once my food came, the rice was bland and average, but the chicken was delicious. Though, to my surprise, I noticed a few more strands of hair – around three. It was displeasing, to say the least. I would recommend buying the drinks, but not the food. And I hope that they wear hair nets to avoid any hair falling on the food.
