Led by experienced trainers June Chua and Mariean Chua, the classes provide a welcoming environment where participants can improve their coordination, stamina, and overall well-being through rhythmic movement.

The program is structured to accommodate different daily routines, offering both evening and morning sessions throughout the month. Classes are held every Tuesday at 7:00 PM and every Friday at 10:30 AM. All sessions take place at the Level 1 Foyer, providing a spacious and accessible open-air setting for participants to move freely and enjoy the community atmosphere.

How to Prepare and Join

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, these sessions are open to all fitness levels. The choreography is easy to follow, ensuring that everyone can participate at their own pace. To ensure a comfortable and safe experience, participants are encouraged to wear appropriate activewear and bring a water bottle for hydration.
