Our Tampines Hub recently hosted a vibrant 'New Kungfu & Healthy Lifestyle Exchange,' offering residents a morning filled with movement, mindfulness, and a deep connection to heritage. The event brought together inspiring sharings from esteemed Shaolin masters, alongside captivating live demonstrations of traditional practices such as Kungfu, Qigong, and Taiji.
