Getting started is easy – simply head over to Gate 1 at Our Tampines Hub. The best part? No pre-registrations are required, making it incredibly convenient to drop in and get moving!

Important Guidelines for Participants
To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following important guidelines when attending the workout sessions:
- First-Come, First-Served Entry: Access to the barricaded workout area is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity is limited to 35 participants without sports equipment and 20 participants with sports equipment.
- No Reserving Spaces: Please refrain from reserving a spot or space, either inside or outside the exercise area, with personal items or towels. Unattended items may be removed to ensure fairness for all.
- Timely Admission: Admission will be denied once the session has officially begun. This policy is crucial for your safety, ensuring you receive proper warm-ups, attend the instructor's pre-session safety briefing, and to prevent disruption to the ongoing workout.
- Proper Attire & Equipment: All participants are required to be in proper sports attire to prevent injury. Additionally, if the session necessitates specific personal equipment (e.g., a yoga mat), please ensure you bring it. Those not suitably attired or without the required personal equipment may unfortunately be turned away.
- Prioritize Your Health: Your health is paramount. We kindly ask that you refrain from attending the workout session if you are feeling unwell.
- Respectful Conduct: Please be considerate and respectful of others when sharing the public space during the workout sessions.
Please be aware that Our Tampines Hub (OTH) reserves the right to change or cancel any programme or session without assigning a reason. However, OTH will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of such cancellations whenever possible. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
