Ready to boost your overall well-being and stay active? Our Tampines Hub (OTH) invites you to join their invigorating fitness sessions held conveniently at Gate 1. Designed to cater to all fitness levels, these workouts offer a fantastic opportunity to keep fit and connect with your community. The best part? No pre-registration is required, making it easier than ever to jump in!

Important Guidelines for a Seamless Workout Experience

Sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis within a barricaded workout area. Please note the permissible capacity: up to 35 participants without sports equipment, and 20 participants if sports equipment is involved.

To ensure fairness and accessibility for all, please refrain from reserving spaces or spots, both inside and outside the exercise area, with personal items or towels. Any unattended items may be removed.

For your safety and to maintain the session's flow, admission will be denied once a session has begun. This policy is in place to prevent potential sports injuries due to inadequate warm-up, ensure all participants receive the pre-session safety briefing from the instructor, and avoid disruption to the ongoing workout.

All participants are required to wear appropriate sports attire. This is crucial for preventing injuries and ensuring comfort during physical activity. Those not suitably attired may be kindly turned away.

If the sport requires specific equipment (e.g., a yoga mat), please bring your own proper equipment. This is essential for safety and optimal participation. Participants without the necessary personal equipment for the sport may be turned away.

Your health is paramount. Please refrain from attending the workout session if you are feeling unwell. We encourage everyone to prioritize their well-being.

Let's foster a positive and inclusive environment. Please be respectful of others when sharing public spaces during the workout sessions.

Our Tampines Hub (OTH) reserves the right to change or cancel any programme or session without assigning a reason. OTH will, however, make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of such cancellations.
