Our Tampines Hub posted on 16 Oct 2026 that Street Fighter is playing at Festive Arts Theatre from 15 to 28 October. The date line carries an asterisk. The hall may not run this title every day in that window. Check the day's list on the theatre's own Wix page before you leave the house.
The film is rated PG13. It screens in English with English and Chinese subtitles. Runtime is 119 minutes. Kitao Sakurai directed. The hub's post lists Noah Centineo, Andrew Koji, Callina Liang, Roman Reigns, David Dastmalchian, Cody Rhodes, Eric Andre, Andrew Schulz, Vidyut Jammwal, 50 Cent, and Jason Momoa. That is a video-game movie with wrestlers in the cast, which is why the PG13 line matters if you are bringing upper-primary kids who still think of Street Fighter as a cartoon.
Same-day tickets only, at L2
This is the part that will catch people who still treat the hall like a GV. Tickets go on sale 30 minutes before each show at the L2 box office, outside the theatre. The window stays open for 10 minutes after the listed start time. That is the whole sale. The hub says it no longer sells tickets for a different day, and online ticketing is unavailable. You cannot park a booking on TakeMe2OTH for this title and walk in tomorrow.
The counter sits on level 2 at the South Plaza lobby, next to the theatre doors, at 1 Tampines Walk. Arrive with time to queue. If the show has already started, those extra ten minutes are not a promise you will get a seat. They are the last moment the staff will still sell.
The 16 Oct Facebook note did not print a price. A September 2026 write-up on this site, taken from the theatre's then-current board, had standard tickets at $10 Monday to Thursday and $14 Friday to Sunday. PAssionCard fares sat a dollar or two under that. An OTH Passion weekday fare was listed at $8. Students were $6, and seniors 55 and above were $4, both Monday to Friday before 5pm, excluding public holidays and their eves. Confirm at the window. The Wix site still carries a landscape graphic labelled Ticket Price 2025. Ignore that file.
What the asterisk on the dates means
The hub's own line is blunt. The movie might not be screened daily. The calendar that counts is the Festive Arts Theatre Wix page, not the Facebook caption's date range. I would not plan a birthday around 15 to 28 October without opening that page the morning you go. A starred window is a booking range, not a guarantee of tonight's title.
Festive Arts Theatre is a community hall inside 淡滨尼天地, not a cineplex in Tampines Mall. Same building as Tampines Library, the Kopitiam hawker, and Town Square. The library occupies levels 2 to 6, 10am to 9pm, closed on public holidays. If the film is a no-show on your night, the stairs down to the hawker are still there. Do not mix this address with Tampines Mall at the MRT. That is a different landlord and a different cinema.
TakeMe2OTH remains the PA portal for other Festive Arts Theatre and Town Square tickets. For this Street Fighter run, the portal is the wrong counter. Use L2, cash or card as the staff accept that day, and only for the screening about to start.
How to get there
Our Tampines Hub is at 1 Tampines Walk, next to Tampines Bus Interchange. From Tampines MRT, EW2 and DT32, it is a short walk along the hub strip, not a ride to Tampines Mall. Buses that drop at the interchange put you at Gate 1 on Tampines Avenue 5. The theatre is upstairs on L2, South Plaza. Follow Festive Arts Theatre signage, not Town Square, unless you are also staying for a Rovers match.
Parking is the hub's own car parks. On a Saturday the lots fill for library, swim, and football. Give yourself extra time if you are driving for a 7pm screening. The ActiveSG pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance, which does not affect the theatre, but it does change how crowded the building feels that night.
November programming at 淡滨尼天地 is not a named Christmas atrium takeover as of 16 Oct 2026. Watch TakeMe2OTH and the same Wix page for whatever replaces Street Fighter after 28 October. Do not assume a snowflake show from last year's copy is on sale yet.
