Shaping Hearts 2026: Free Inclusive Arts Festival at Punggol Digital District
Shaping Hearts 2026, Singapore's largest inclusive arts festival organised by North East CDC, runs from 13 to 27 September 2026 at Punggol Digital District. The festival celebrates the creativity, talents and perspectives of artists with disabilities and brings their works to the wider community. The organiser offers free admission, and the festival opens daily from 10am to 8pm.
Themed "Step Into Our World", the showcase presents art, stories and experiences through visuals, rhythm, texture and motion. Visitors can join art workshops, guided tours and multi-sensory play areas. Interactive installations feature characters such as Mickey Mouse and Spider-Man.
Launch Ceremony with DPM Gan Kim Yong
The official Shaping Hearts 2026 launch takes place on 13 September 2026 at 11.30am at the PDD Atrium. Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong attends as Guest-of-Honour. Guests who wish to attend the launch can RSVP at go.gov.sg/shapinghearts26launchrsvpall.
