Celebrating the Heart of Our Tampines Hub: A Special Chinese New Year Tribute
This Chinese New Year, the spirit of gratitude took center stage at Our Tampines Hub (OTH). To mark the festive season, we kicked off the celebrations with an Appreciation Breakfast held at the L2 Space. The event was a dedicated moment to honor the hard work and commitment of the incredible service crew who make the hub a vibrant community space every day.
Recognizing the Unsung Heroes
The morning was dedicated to the diverse team that keeps OTH running smoothly behind the scenes. From our security officers and janitors to customer service officers, technicians, managing agents, and gardeners, these individuals are the backbone of our operations. Their tireless efforts ensure that the hub remains safe, clean, and welcoming for every visitor, reflecting the dedication required to maintain such a dynamic community landmark.
Partnerships for Progress
The celebration also served as a platform for empowerment and education. We were honored to welcome the NTUC U Care Centre, who partnered with us to share valuable insights regarding Singapore’s Progressive Wage Model. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to ensure our workers stay informed, supported, and equipped with the knowledge they need to thrive in their careers.
A Festive Morning of Unity
With over 70 staff members in attendance, the atmosphere was one of joy and camaraderie. The event featured a heartfelt certificate presentation to recognize individual contributions, followed by a traditional Lo Hei session. This symbolic tossing of the ingredients brought everyone together to celebrate unity, prosperity, and new beginnings for the year ahead.
