Embark on a journey to improve your overall well-being and stay active by joining the dynamic fitness sessions at Our Tampines Hub, conveniently located at Gate 1. Designed to cater to all fitness levels, these workouts offer various intensity options, ensuring there's something suitable for everyone. The best part? No pre-registration is required, making it easier than ever to participate.

Before You Join: Key Guidelines

To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please take note of the following important guidelines:

Sessions operate on a first-come, first-served basis within a designated, barricaded workout area. To ensure a comfortable and safe environment, capacity is limited to 35 participants for sessions not requiring sports equipment and 20 participants for those that do.

To maintain fairness and clear pathways, participants are kindly requested not to reserve spaces within or outside the exercise area using personal items or towels. Any unattended items may be removed.

For your safety and the smooth flow of the session, admission will be denied once a workout has commenced. This policy ensures all participants benefit from crucial warm-up exercises, receive important safety briefings from the instructor, and prevents disruption to the ongoing session.

All attendees are required to wear appropriate sports attire. This is essential for preventing injuries and ensuring comfort during physical activity. Participants not suitably attired may be turned away.

For activities requiring specific gear, such as yoga, participants must bring their own proper equipment (e.g., a yoga mat) to ensure safety and effective participation. Individuals without the necessary personal equipment for a given sport may unfortunately be turned away.

We kindly ask that you refrain from attending any workout session if you are feeling unwell, for the health and safety of yourself and others.

Please be mindful and respectful of fellow participants and the shared public space during the workout sessions.

Please note that Our Tampines Hub (OTH) reserves the right to modify or cancel any programme or session without prior notice. While OTH will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notification of such changes, your understanding in these instances is greatly appreciated. We encourage you to enjoy the sessions!
