Are you looking to kickstart your fitness journey but don't know where to begin? The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is excited to introduce its new Start2Move programme, a comprehensive 6-week initiative designed to help you build a strong foundation in fitness.

What Awaits You in Start2Move?

Over the course of six weeks, participants will engage in structured sessions led by experienced fitness instructors. You'll learn proper exercise forms, ensuring safe and effective workouts, and progressively build confidence in your physical abilities. Beyond the physical aspects, Start2Move fosters a vibrant community. You'll meet like-minded individuals, creating a supportive environment where everyone motivates each other towards their fitness goals.

Booking your spot in the Start2Move programme is simple! Just head over to the H365 app. Navigate to 'Explore,' then 'Events,' and search for 'Start2Move.' To get the most out of the programme and see tangible results, we encourage you to complete all six sessions.
