The exchange features a diverse program designed to engage and enlighten attendees of all ages and backgrounds:

08:45 AM - 09:00 AM: The Roots of Kungfu and Healthy Living
Master Yan Rong, Director of the Shaolin Cultural Center, will deliver an insightful opening presentation. He will trace the fascinating history and development of Kungfu, illuminating its integral role in fostering a healthy lifestyle.

09:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Mastering Hui Chun Gong & Meridian Tapping
Learn practical techniques from seasoned Healthy Lifestyle coaches, Master Yap and Master Tan. They will demonstrate and guide participants through the gentle movements of Hui Chun Gong (回春医疗保健操) and Meridian Tapping (筋络排打功). These exercises are suitable for all ages, focusing on clearing meridians and regulating Qi and blood for daily well-being. You'll gain easy-to-master daily health tips.

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM: Unveiling Shaolin Zen
Master Yan Rong returns to delve into the profound essence of Shaolin Zen. This session will explore the spiritual and philosophical underpinnings of Shaolin culture, offering a unique opportunity for attendees to ask questions and gain clarity on their own wellness journeys.

10:45 AM - 12:30 PM: The Art of Taiji – Theory & Practice
Immerse yourself in the graceful world of Taiji with expert talks and demonstrations. This segment will feature two distinct styles:

  • **Yang Style Taiji:** The Happy Taiji Group will showcase the flowing and expansive movements of Yang Style Taiji.
  • **Chen Style Taiji:** Master Zhu will demystify the core principles of Chen Style Taiji, revealing the dynamic interplay of hardness and softness within its intricate forms. Discover the wisdom embedded in each movement and how it contributes to overall balance and vitality.
