Our Tampines Hub invites you to an afternoon of movement, music, and community spirit at Central Plaza. Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just looking to try something new, our upcoming workout marathon offers a diverse range of styles designed to get everyone moving.
On Saturday, 28 February 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, we will be hosting four back-to-back sessions led by experienced instructors. Located at Central Plaza (Level 1, behind the ServiceSG Center), this event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself while having a great time with friends and neighbors.
Discover Your Rhythm with Four Unique Sessions
The afternoon is divided into four distinct sessions, each bringing its own unique flair. From traditional steps to modern trends, there is a beat for every personality:
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Chinese Square Dance (广场舞) with Aaron. Start the afternoon with the cultural rhythm and coordinated movements of square dancing. It is a fantastic way to improve coordination and enjoy a social workout. Register for this session here.

What You Need to Know Before You Go
Registration for this event is free, but please note that slots are limited. While we welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to those who have pre-registered. Online registration will close on 23 February at noon, or once all slots are fully booked. If you miss the deadline, you are still welcome to join us as a walk-in, subject to venue capacity.
Participants are reminded to arrive in proper sports attire and to bring any personal equipment or water bottles needed for the workout. We look forward to seeing the community come together for a vibrant afternoon of health and happiness at Our Tampines Hub!
